Despite the cold and snowy weather K&B HVAC workers were on time and worked diligently installing the new heat pump and removing the old one. They even returned to ensure the new one was working properly.

Very good. They do a complete system maintenance and inspection (both indoor units and outdoor heat pumps). The technician explains services performed and if any issues or problems exist. All filters are replaced and condensate drain pans and traps are cleaned out. Then a complete easy to read report is issued by the company.

They have always been reliable and very responsive. When faced with any issues they are upfront and discuss options with us and are able to find solutions that work for both of us. We appreciate working with a smaller company that knows us and our system whenever we call and have questions or concerns.
Description of Work: We have used K & B for maintenance for many years, but we recently had them install a new system for both A/C and heat, and they have also done additional ductwork to improve the original system done by another contractor.

K&B HVAC has provided excellent customer service to us since we purchased our home in 2016. We highly recommend them for their quality of work. Everyone (including office staff) is very professional, courteous, and on time. Scheduling was easy. Technician arrived punctually. Immediately placed shoe covers on and new where to go and performed maintenance promptly. Cleaned up any insulation "mess" from attic location of furnace and adjusted a/c compressor. Highly satisfied with work.

Service was scheduled for between 11:00 am & 1:00 pm. Tech was here at 11:25 am and placed cloth covers over his shoes. Knew just where to go and took care of what had to be done quickly and efficiently. I have been dealy with K&B for 2 years and always felt comfortable dealing with them.

Great, I want them to do yearly maintence.
Description of Work: I asked that heat & a/c to a closed in back porch, by rerouting existing ductwork from an unused second floor addition. They also found a problem with the air handler that no one else could find. I elected to replace both the air handler and heat pump to ensure a reliable installation. Everything was done as expected, and is a first class job well done.

We highly recommend them. Buy the yearly maintenance checkup. They come twice a year and check everything and change filters. We have 3 filters.
Description of Work: We have a yearly service contract since 2013. They came when we lost heat and helped us the first year by installing a dehumidifier.

Extremely well. The gentleman was prompt, very professional and very efficient. He did well with a dog in the home. The work was completed efficiently, well and with humor. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and will have K&B HVAC Services, LLC continue to service the air conditioning system and the heating system when the time comes.
