Awful. Owner gives quote, but doesn't write it up in a contract, so he can charge whatever he wants. Charges a premium rate for labor, but pays his laborers a low rate and keeps the profit. Hires laborers who have no experience and when they mess up (they mess up a lot), he blames the client for their mistakes, so he can still over-charge and not take any blame. Used to be "S&A Contracting, LLC", but apparently changed the name due to complaints and law suits. DO NOT HIRE.
Description of Work: Bathroom rehab, flooring.
