Middletown Maintenance

Middletown Maintenance was wonderful. Riley, the man in charge, was very professional. He evaluated the job, made suggestions, and gave us a very fair estimate. We agreed and the team began several days later. They finished on time and we are very pleased. Hard workers and easy to work with considering the RAIN. We plan on using them on our next job.

Yes I would hire them again. They were wonderful by showing up on time and actually offered to do additional jobs around the exterior of my home. They replaced vents and removed the daylilies in my front yard

It looks great and I am happy with it. Jamie was flexible when I asked for steps to be added and a few other things.

I was extremely satisfied with this contractor. The project was completed as scheduled. Riley communicated daily on the progress. I was happy to see that the area was cleaned up at the end of every day as well. I plan to use this contractor when I remodel my master bath.

Jamie and his team did a great job! He came to the house and provided a thorough estimate. When additional repairs were discovered, unseen until deck boards were removed, he provided picture documentation. He was not the cheapest, but his work was solid. He was amenable to changes on the fly, ensured the small details were tended to, and removed the debris. He'll be our first call should we need additional work.
