Mark Gland Company

Description of Work: My experience with Mark Gland was extremely positive. I have recently relocated out of state and was in the process of selling my house when the inspection a myriad of items that needed to be addressed including a new roof, chimney work and various repairs throughout the house. Mark took the extra time to not only review my inspection report in detail, but also personally inspect each item before providing a quote. The result was that he determined a number of items that were incorrectly addressed on my inspection report and provided images and his professional opinion back to the inspector. This saved me a lot of money. I had never met him prior to moving and had found him through Angie's List. Mark is very professional and if I wanted something done right, I am confident that he would deliver. I ended up not selecting him solely because my item list was reduced and no longer required a project that I could not handle via local friends and neighbors. It is hard to find good people to work on your home. From a professionalism standpoint, it is hard to find a better, more qualified guy than Mark.
