He will be returning to replace a piece of rotted wood. While there, he hung up a few things for me & fixed a table broken by renters. We had spotted a leak in dining room ceiling over the weekend. Instead of ripping out the ceiling, Shawn suggested we try to eliminate sources - which I appreciated! Shawn was friendly & knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him again.

I called this service trying to help my Mother who lives in DE., from Florida. While Shawn was very easy to get a hold of and schedule appointment with, the price he charged well exceeded what it would have cost to bring in a tradesman. He did very minimal work and did not even assess the suspected, rotted wood accurately. I asked specifically if he had pulled back the flooring to look at the wood underneath only to learn that the linoleum was still intact under the floor boards. Very disappointed with my first vendor from Angie's list.

Shawn did such a good job that I had him back to power wash my house and clean my gutters. He showed up when he said he would, which in itself is a very big plus in LSD (Lower Slower Delaware).

Never happened. Paid for the service through an Angie's list promotion, responded to Angie's list email about services needed and available times. With a note I could be flexible. After about 7 days got an email from the handyman and asked me for the same information. Responded to that email and waited another week. Called and left a message and still no contract, after two weeks I requested a refund through Angie's list which was issued with no contact from the handyman.

Shawn is hard working with s strong work ethic. He was able to complete everything within schedule with professionalism and a good sense of humor. My outdoor space is now a perfect retreat.

Shawn, empathetic to what was happening and the emergency of the situation, made time to come and start to get the work done the day I called him. He got the essentias done and came back with more equipmnt the next day to finish up. He was on time, reasonable and did a wonderful job. Even when a couple items threw him a curve ball, he devised a way to make it work. I would definitely use Shawn again and recommend to others to do so.

Shawn did a great job. He was detail oriented and thorough in his work. We went over the three hours so I paid a little extra to get everything done on my list. I will gladly hire him again.

Perfectly! Even though Shawn wasn't feeling well, he drove out in the cold rain and honored his commitment to do the work. He scheduled with me within minutes of my purchase of the Angie's List deal and completed the job only a couple days later. He cleaned up after himself and was fun to visit with the entire time. We were so glad to have made contact with Shawn and will DEFINITELY hire him again in the future. This was the best $100 dollars I've ever invested in my house.

Shawn arrived at the scheduled time and applied the shellac to the doors. He was very easy to communicate with and obviously takes pride in his workmanship. I was not at home when the work was done but felt very comfortable allowing him access. I will definitely use his services again.

The work performance could not have gone any better. Best thing I can say, if the wife has already figured out other projects to be done and wants Shawn to come back. And I am Handy. Do not hesitate to buy this Special. One other thing. If you live in lower Delaware you have probably had experience where a hired worker does not show or get back to you timely. This is NOT a problem with Shawn, on time, great communication and a job done perfect.
