Don't waste your time!!!!!
Description of Work: I wanted to start with an estimate of a pier that needed all new planks. He asked me to send pics so I did. two days later I had to call him again because he never responded to the pics. He said he would go and look at it Friday and send me an estimate. He Never contacted me so Monday I texted him again, his reply was who is this? I am in a meeting I will call you in a few. Two and a half hours later (no reply)! I sent him a text asking if he had the estimate and His response again was who is this? Than he says "yes I did go to look at it, I'm going to pass sorry i thought I already sent you a text. Problem was we never even got to the point of discussing doing the job. He had a lot of different excuses for not doing the estimate I couldn't imagine how he would have been if I had actually given him the job. He wasted an entire week of my time that I could have been looking for someone who actually cared about be honest right from the start and not coming up with the lame excuses that he did.

I apologize that I wasn’t able to assist the customer with this estimate or work. Upon previewing the job, I determined the marine construction was beyond what I am able to do at this time. Also, I did not have the customer’s contact information saved in my phone, so upon receiving texts from an unknown number, I had to inquire as to the senders identity. I strive to provide excellent service to all my customers, unfortunately I wasn’t able to give an accurate estimate on this job, and advised the customer she’d be better with a marine construction company. After several hostile messages this evening from this customer, I believe it’s for the best that we did not do business together.

Repair was excellent and under estimated cost. Shawn and coworker showed up on time and ready to work. Shawn provided material receipts and actually gave money back from the estimate. Hauled away old materials and left job site clean. Highly recommend!

Shawn's been reliable, responsive and conscientious. We were so happy with Shawn and his work on one job he performed that we hired him for a second job. The second job is requiring Shawn to create a completely custom solution for us and while the project is a work in progress we have every expectation that it will be completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Shawn also power washed our house to our complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: Shawn installed two lights along with the electric to feed the new lights; custom-built a barn-style door and frame in order to divide one room into two; and power washed our house.

It went very well! I am very pleased.
Description of Work: I needed floating shelves installed, a dimmer switch applied, a toilet seat replaced, a towel hanger hung and a slight installed above the garage door. all was done with great care and efficiency. Shawn was prompt, clean and very professional. The work was done well. He asked what was wanted and viewed all the work to be done and the supplies I had obtained before beginning and charging for the work done. I am very pleased with the work done and am planning to hire Shawn again in the future.

Shawn called me the day after I requested his assistance. He was available shortly thereafter. He completed the repairs quickly and to my complete satisfaction. He is very personable and professional. I was very satisfied with his manner and with his work ability. I have his business card and plan to use him again, if I need a handyman. I also plan to tell my realtor about him. They are always interested in knowing about reliable handymen.
Description of Work: I had several miscellaneous tasks that needed attention at my rental property. I wanted to complete them in a timely manner as new tenants were moving in.

I love the results. I had to run some errands while the work was being done. I felt very comfortable leaving Shawn in my home while I was gone. I will be hiring him to perform more things I need/want done.
