We have chosen PS Cleaners to clean our beach house for at least 7 years. We heard about them from a friend after unsuccessfully trying out a number of other cleaning business. Pam, the owner, is so accommodating and the cleaners are so reliable. We have a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom oceanfront home that is thoroughly enjoyed by our family and friends. When everyone leaves I call Pam and she sends the crew over to clean. Floors are spotless (they always know to use vinegar on the hardwood floors), all surfaces are dusted, countertops are shiny and the beds are beautifully made. It's such a pleasure to return to our home after PS Cleaners has worked their magic.

We had not visited our beach rental property for over a month. On our last visit we noticed mice droppings in the kitchen and dining room area. I asked Pam if she could clean the house in the next few days before we went to stay there again for the weekend. She agreed to do this saying she had a cancellation in her schedule .I did not discuss price with her because I was glad she was able to do this on such short notice, and I assumed she would be fair about the price considering I mentioned that I got her name from Angie's list. Normally I am charged from other cleaners for the same service anywhere from $65-$85 per cleaning. She charged me $190 for two hours. The interior of the house appeared to be cleaned fairly well. I did find mice droppings in the bed linens on the twin beds. The screened -in porch dining table was not cleaned, covered with weeks of pollen and the porch was not swept. Next time I will be more careful and get an agreed upon price before doing business like this.

Have used PS Cleaners for almost 20 years and can't say enough good things about their employees or services. Owner Pam Glenn is on sight every visit and over the years her staffed has changed, but she continues to provide high quality cleaning. They are also very honest. I have given Pam the key to my house as proof of my confidence in her work and character.
