I have been a customer of Naturalawn of America since 2000 when the franchise was operated by Joe Lieb. I was extremely pleased with Joe, his staff and the value brought by these services. My satisfaction changed in 2010 when new ownership took over. In anticipation of selling my home, I discontinued services from Naturalawn of America in July 2013 via a telephone call to their corporate office. Throughout the next year, I received telephone solicitations from the Company to resume service at my home. Each time I declined. Employee technicians who arrived at my home to resume services were also declined. On April 3, 2015, I found a slip in my door notifying me Naturalawn employee applicator Billy Cloyd had performed an "Early Spring Application" consisting of fertilizer and weed preventative. The notice was accompanied by a $100 invoice.. In a Registered Letter dated April 16, I informed Naturalawn of America the services recently performed at my home were unauthorized. I returned the invoice explaining their services had been cancelled a year earlier. In November, 2015, I received a mailed invoice "Fall Fertilization" that had been performed at my previous address as we had sold and moved from the home a month earlier. The invoice totaled $200, $100 each for the April and October service. I called the Corporate office and explained to employee/receptionist, Jordan, my situation. He assured me he would speak to the owner and have the issue taken care of. Yet, bills for the unauthorized services have continued, each time followed by a call to Jordan. So far, I've seen no substantive effort on the part of franchise ownership or their staff to correct the problem. This has to stop. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.

I like the team at Natural Lawn, the techs are very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are competitive and their quality is very good. I will use them again and recommend them to friends. Sometimes they do not answer their phone and you have to leave a message, but they call back promptly.

Right now I am rating the treatments as and quot;fairand quot;. The company has stated that it takes sometime to get a lawn in shape. I am patient, so we will see.

This company responded quickly and professionally to my requests for information and offered what I trust will be a good product at an excellent price. I agreed to a year's contract for natural (80% less chemicals and weed killers) that will feed a healthy lawn. I cannot judge the quality of the product until the year is complete, but I am very satisfied with the way in which business has been handled by the people at Natural Lawn of America.

Brilliant! NaturaLawn technicians always leave a summary of the work done on that particular visit. They never disturb anything around the house or leave litter/debris. My lawn is the greenest, healthiest on our cul-de-sac and the envy of my neighbors. Technicians advise and detail options for managing any problem areas. Last year, I purchased an extra treatment to stop sedges from growing. It was 100% effective and there are none growing this season.

Natura Lawn of America is great. Their treatments has really improved the lawn. This service makes it very convenient for us because all that we have to do to maintain our lawn is mow.
