We recently had the experience of working with Expert Wire for some electrical work at our home, this is the fourth job that we have done for us and they never disappoint. Recently, I set up a service appointment with Expert Wire to diagnose and repair an issue I was having with my electrical panel. I appreciated the advanced text I received to advise of the repair tech en route to my home, as well as a "bio" of the tech (which was impressive!). The service tech, Blayne, was on-time, very professional, polite, and most importantly, obviously knew what he was doing. He diagnosed and repaired the issues I was experiencing with the panel, explaining everything he was doing throughout the whole process. Shane and Chris B. came out to my home to run a new 20amp service to the second floor for my washing machine. I have the inquisitive nature of an elementary school student, with about the equivalent understanding of electrical things. They were patient dealing with my questions and were able to explain things to me at a third grade reading level. My home was built in the late 1800s so it’s simultaneously falling down and solid as a rock which presented Shane and Chris B. some unexpected challenges, but they were able to get the job done. Inspection passed without issue. I’ll be using expert wire again, as my dealings with them so far have been outstanding.

We enjoyed a great experience working with Expert Wire. They installed a 50 amp RV hook up for us, as well as upgraded all our smoke detectors. My house was back up and running with a safe new electrical system. Now I can depend on my basement dehumidifier and sump pump to work correctly with their own circuit box. When they didn’t have a surge protector that would fit our box, Expert Wire had another electrician bring it instead of us having to reschedule for just that. That’s customer service.
