 + 1 moreIt went wonderfully. Scott was professional and prompt with all the work. When the job was completed he took me around, explained and showed me exactly what was done. It all looked amazing and the caulking matched perfectly. As did the paint work. We are very pleased with the results. We will definitely call him again in the future.
Description of Work: Caulked around Sky lights and vent pipes around AC units and gutter to roof joints. Cleaned and sealed skylight flashing. Repaired an area on the roof, reinforced beneath the roofing tiles. Sealed and painted water stain.

Description of Work: I thought my heat pump had malfunctioned when it shut down and steam started rising from the compressor. I called Scott for an appt. to check out the system. After he asked me to describe the problem, he explained that what was happening was normal and to wait and the system would work normally again. Sure enough it did! I never even incurred the cost of a visit. I am sure if I had called another company, I would have paid for a visit only to find out the same thing. I will calling Scott again for any future HVAC issues!

Description of Work: Removed old duct work that was damaged by Hurricane.(Ducts were flooded and ripped away from main trunk) Replaced duct work under house. Graded ground and fixed vapor barrier ( after pumping out stagnant water and removing debris). I would definitely recommend this company. Scott went out of his way to meet with us on a Sunday since we live out of state and could only meet on Sunday. We felt so comfortable with Scott that we gave him our house key and permitted him to enter the house without us being there.He made suggestions on how to divert rain water from seeping into crawl space.... So nice to know that we will have HEAT --GLORIOUS--HEAT this winter and won't have to wear our coats in the house!

When we first got together, he listened intently to what I had in mind and came back with a proposal that included a complete job specification. During the process, he kept me aware of progress all along the way by walking me through the steps that had been completed, either face to face, or by text messages and photographs when it was impossible for me to be on site. During a holiday weekend, I discovered a problem with my home that was totally unrelated to the project at hand. I called Scott to ask if he knew of anyone who might be able to help me out and he took time away from his family to stop by, take a look with me, and tell me that he could take care of the problem while his crew was there the following week. Indeed he did, and was extremely fair in his pricing as well. There are a rare few people that you are honestly blessed to meet in this life. Scott is definitely one of those. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Complete re-design of my HVAC system to re-locate all ducting into attic space to eliminate possibility of future flood damage. Remove all old ducting and re-insulate where this was removed.
