The price was more than fair. The company appears to be a father and son operation and, they have crew who do the work. I don't know whether the crew is learning on the job, the electrician went to school, but the painter was an apprentice learning on the job. The father and son work very closely with them. I was very pleased with their response to me, and what they did. The father was here often enough, so that he was overseeing the work and the quality of work. I think they under priced the job and I sit out on the porch all the time, and the guy who works in the neighborhood came out one day and told me that he had under priced. I don't know if he did that because of my condition. I have used them to do some screening on my mom's porch.

They were fast and efficient. The roof looks excellent. They did a nice job. They also cleaned up well. They were supposed to do repair work ont he siding. They did some, but the other part wasn't completed. The part that they did was poor. I gave them the check for the work because the owner said that they would come back and finish the siding. I haven't heard from them since.  You shouldn't give them the check until the work is completed to your satisfaction. I would use them for a roof again.
