Description of Work: They did some minor repairs on the roof on my three bedroom house. They replaced a couple pieces of flashing.

+ -1 moreThe men arrived on time, were professional and worked straight for two days, cleaning up after each day. Workers were careful and considerate of plantings in garden. They were friendly.
Description of Work: Removed existing roofing material over one section of the roof, installed ice and water shields around sky lights and perimeter, purchased and installed 30 year shingles, purchased and installed aluminum flashings to skylights, hauled away debris.

+ -1 moreThe workmen arrived early on the day agreed to, were friendly and professional, brought all the supplies needed and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job looks great and does not leak. While the job estimate was the highest I received, John Bryck was the only contractor to predict that the plywood on the roof was likely to be damaged and would need extensive patching or complete replacement. He was right.
Description of Work: Removed metal and waterproofing paper from the roof to inspect the plywood for damage, since the roof had been leaking into the garage beneath for about four years. Since the damage was extensive, all of the plywood was replaced. The roof was then covered with fiberglass reinforced material. Each section was joined by heat to the previously laid section. Then the entire roof was covered with an aluminum coating to strengthen and provide another layer of water proofing.
