+ -1 moreInstall had some issues. Installers turned off a valve they should not have and left job saying heat was functioning properly, which it was not. Companies are only as good as their service and warranty work. Diane in the office and Steve, Service Technician were extremely responsive and professional. They resolved the install issues to satisfaction.

+ -1 moreDon't know how GreenWay Comfort Solutions has so many good reviews except they must be paying non customers because they did a crap job installing a new heat pump and hot water heater. To start off they put a large dent in the front of the air handler. They ran refrigerant line to far out and I could not close utility room doors. But the worst thing out of all of it is the crap job they did piping the new hot water heater, water lines sagging , bowing and flopping around. So I called to inform them of the mess the installer had left . They send a tech out and because it works and don't leak they aren't going to fix it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Check out the pictures below because if you buy and have GreenWay Comfort Solutions install equipment for you , this is their standard. CALL SUMMIT HVAC INSTEAD, THEY GAVE ME THE BETTER QUOTE TO BEGIN WITH. (Also trying to add home security video of crapy install ) so check back

+ -1 moreFrom the time Mike came to give me an estimate on Tuesday through two complete system replacements, I was completely satisfied with the personnel and their work. I will be glad to be using them for ongoing HVAC service needs. Justin and Patrick were the primary installers. Excellent workers and a pleasure to have in our home. Thanks also to Dan and Joe with their help in working through our installation complications. Great work gents!
