+ -1 moreMy husband called twice during the 2 weeks prior to the plumber coming out to fix our clogged drain. He left several messages but never received a call back. I eventually called and left a message as well. The 2nd time I called I indicated that we were their neighbors - on then did I get a call back the same day. They also came out that same day and fixed the drain. Guys were nice and cleaned up after themselves. $120 seemed a bit pricey for snaking a drain but I honestly have no idea if that's the going rate. I would use them again.
Description of Work: had a clogged shower/tub drain. plumber used an electric snake to clean out the drain

+ -1 moreJason and his helper are always sure to leave the work area clean and neat. They do an excellent job whenever we call them, even snaking the sink drain before leaving because they know it is an old house with issues! This is probably the fourth time they have done work for us. The best way to communicate with Jason's dad Tom is via cell phone and we did a bit of phone tag calling the business phone before finally connected by cell.
Description of Work: They installed a new pedestal sink in a bathroom for us.
