Getting tree service done two days after a major ice storm that caused wide-spread damage in our area was something I thought would be a struggle. Maybe I was one of the first to reach out to Dreamscapes, but they scheduled our job immediately and arrived to begin the work as planned. The tree on our roof was huge, and just about covered the whole house. The DS crew of four got right to work cutting up the tree and hauling away the incredible amount of wood. There was still 3-4 inches of snow on the ground and on the roof, so the fact that any of the work could be done was pretty amazing, and I am thankful for the company's willingness to handle the job. There was a minor accident with the tree trunk hitting the house on the way down and causing some damage, but the DS owner worked with us to get that taken care of via insurance. I know nothing about tree removal work, so don't want to be too critical, but I did wonder why ropes and/or a bucket truck or other equipment were not used. The tree trunk itself was huge and the roof was snow covered, so that was not an easy job. Maybe more reason for extra precautions. Also used DS in summer of 2013 to take down a dead tree and remove some old stumps. Work was done as planned and according to quoted price.

They're very aware and conscientious and seem to want to go above and beyond. It's mainly one guy; he has several workers that he works with. They are professional and very nice.
