DECKER CERAMIC TILE

Chris Decker is one of the best contractors we've dealt with. We wanted to renovate our 40-year-old powder room, and my wife wanted a tile floor and tile wainscoting, complete with a listello and bullnose. IOW, a lot of tile work. We purchased the tile from the Tile Shop, which recommended Bordas Tile as a "favored" installer. We contacted Mr. Bordas, who came out and looked at the room. He subsequently ordered the tile my wife had chosen. But after it arrived, we called him several times about starting the job, and although he kept promising to call us back or start the job, he did neither. So we asked the Tile Shop for another contractor. They suggested Decker Ceramic Tile. Chris has been very communicative throughout the process, even in some cases acting as a general contractor to get other things done, like the significant plumbing that was involved. When he says he'll be there at X time on X day, he shows up. If he can't make it or will be late, he calls to tell you that. He works quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work is good. I don't know whom the idiot was that wrote the only other review. Seems to me that Angie's staff should follow up on one-line reviews like that to obtain more detail, because as written, it's not only harmful, it's useless.
