When some of the materials that came from the lumber yard were not of good quality Andrew the owner sent them back and got and used nothing but the beast materials .Brent Chris and Brian and Todd and Andrew were real personable easy to talk to and work with . They worked very hard to get our job done in 100 degree heat.i would highly recommend aw viohl contracting and will be using them again .

Working with Andrew and his Dream Team have been an awesome experience. Our deck and screened porch are beautiful! Andrew and his crew were awesome. They torn down our 30+ year old deck. They discovered some issues after the tear down and addressed them properly and to our satisfaction. The new deck with double wide stairs exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond ensuring we were happy with all aspects of the design and building process.

The workers are very professional and their work Is excellent. When project was finished we were extremely happy. The owner is quick to react to questions we had about the project. I would recommend this company . Quality work. During Covid the workers were careful and extremely safe.

Andrew and his team worked with us to remodel a galley kitchen with some customization. Andrew was always accessible and responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Andrew was terrific from our first meeting. I had a little drawing of the addition explaining what we wanted. He worked with us to create our ideas into an addition of bathroom, laundry, mudroom area and a screened in porch. He made suggestions which were very helpful and helped me look for a few different looks I wanted. If he wasn't on the job his crew was and they were great to work with as well and knowledgeable of the project to answer any questions. They were very professional, easy to work with and always reachable with a call or text. We have a beautiful addition and screened in porch that started with scribbles on paper. We would highly recommend Andrew and his team.

Friendly, reliable and outstanding workmanship. We couldn't be happier with our front porch. All porch trim was wrapped in vinyl, new vinyl railing and handrail, new ceiling and storm doors. I highly recommend Andrew and his crew.

Andrew and his crew were great to work with from our initial meeting to the project finish. Andrew was able to take our thoughts and ideas and turn it into our reality. They added a 13" x 16" four-season (sunroom) addition to the back of our house and we absolutely love it! All workers were friendly and courteous. We can't think of any room for improvement comment or recommendation for something they could have done better. I would definitely use them again for future home projects and have been recommending them to everyone.

We are very happy with the master bathroom renovation completed by AW Viohl. Don, Andrew, Brent, and Chris were so friendly, professional, and courteous while working in our home. My husband and I are not very experienced in design, so Andrew helped with the all the selections of our floor, tile, fixtures, and paint to make sure the finished product looked great. They finished on time and on budget. We recommend this company and are planning on using them again for future work in our home.

From the beginning after speaking with Mr. Don Viohl about my project I felt that I was in good hands and I was not disappointed. We worked out my plan and then scheduled when the work was to be started. A W Viohl Contracting showed up just as promised and got right to work. The staff was exceptional, courteous, professional and always on time. I watched them totally gut my 60 year old kitchen which was so ugly and rebuild me a beautiful new kitchen. Andrew has a great eye for detail and is able to execute it with his team which seemed effortless to me. His crew knows how to get the job done and done well. I had questions that were asked and there was never any hesitation to make me understand the process. When I asked about pricing I was given an honest answer from Don when he said we are not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but I guarantee you we give you a good price for the job. I was quoted 21,000.00 and with the exception of accent tile that I chose for the backsplash the price was exactly what was quoted to me. At the end of this process which took about a month an a half I was shocked at how beautiful my kitchen was. The cabinets were beautiful and they even built a cabinet in my laundry room to replace the one that was already there. They also closed a window up in the laundry room and made that into a solid wall. The quality of the materials were excellent and I was able to choose my floor color and what type of flooring I wanted in my kitchen and in the laundry room.. I would and have recommended A W Viohl Contracting to friends and guarantee that you will get a finished project that you would be proud to show to your friends and neighbors just as I did. Andrew and his crew will discuss with you any questions that you may have and will embrace any changes to your original plans. I feel that Andrews company is one of the best here in Delaware. I would definitely use his company again for any all home improvements that I may need. Great company, you will not be disappointed.

Not only did they remodel a bathroom,they also turned 2 bedrooms into a in law suite for my mother. They also remodeled our kitchen and living room and also built us a new front portico. The work they performed was outstanding and the attention to all the projects were handled in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys for any project anyone would need

We love the new addition to our backyard! The deck is now covered with a hard roof that provides wonderful coverage for the most used outside area of our home. The craftsman plan and finishes that Andrews team provided are a clear example of the innovative approach to meeting and exceeding our goals. All the while keeping our budget in mind which was very much appreciated. We have already requested a spring project for quote. It is nice to have a contractor you can trust and rely on. Good company, glad I found them!

We started with A.W. Viohl gutting and replacing 2 upstairs baths summer 2018 and continued with 1st floor remodel staring in Feb.2019. We will continue upstairs, deck, new roof and eventually basement remodel. As a designer, I have found my contractors for my jobs whose work was skilled enough for the first floor renos to be featured in a local magazine. Andrew and his crew are fantastic to work with; this home reno is turning out to be longer that expected but Andrew keeps everyone in place to get the job done. Very pleased with dealing with this company and would highly recommend.
