We contracted with Dambro for a brown/grey stamped concrete walkway and patio in August 2022. The basic concrete work is acceptable but the color and sealer were very poorly done. We raised concerns during the project and for 3 months following it. Dambro attempted to correct the color chipping and sealer bubbles and scarring but nothing was ever improved. They applied a black stain along the expansion joints where large areas of chipped color had revealed white bare concrete and it now looks like an "X" on top of the brown and grey rest of the patio. The crew worked in the heat of August (8/19-24) when daily temps reached 95 degrees. The products application directions clearly advised applying only in temperature ranges under 85 degrees and some were even under 80 degrees. The color is not bonded to the concrete. If you scuff your shoe against the chipped areas even now, the areas grow in size to reveal bare concrete. Communicating with the owner has become increasingly difficult.

The whole process took about a week and a half. We are very happy with the results and with the attention to our wishes and detail that Anthony and his men showed during the whole process. His was the lowest price by far of all the contractors we got estimates from.
