 + 1 moreMary and the guys came out for a free estimate in a timely manner. They looked it over, and she wrote up an estimate that was very reasonable. After that, it was just an issue of getting the work scheduled after the guys completed a current job. When we were able to get that scheduled, they showed up right at 8AM and got to work. By a little after 11AM they were finished and it looked like they weren't even there. They called me outside during the work to see the progress and what needed to be repaired. Everything was completely satisfactory with the work in my opinion. I will contact them again for future projects, to get an estimate.
Description of Work: Repair leaking around first floor window. Removed keystone, applied moisture barrier, sealed around window, replaced keystone. Sanded/painted and re-caulked inside top of window.

 + 0 moreMary Ressler (owner), came to my home on July 2nd, 2015 to measure to rehab an existing 12'x16' deck with Azek composite and add another new 16'x16' deck to the existing again deck, with Azek composite. She seemed nice enough and supposedly experienced enough but I never heard from her again. I reached out to her on July 8th by text message and still never heard back from her. I guess the job was out of her expertise or she's just too busy for a $12,000 job. Waste of my time. Luckily, others have been more than happy to give me an estimate and I'll be selecting one of their companies soon.
Description of Work: Mary Ressler came to my home on July 2nd, 2015 to measure to rehab an existing 12x16 deck with Azek composite and add another new 16x16 deck to the existing again deck, with Azek composite.

 + -1 morePerson was on time. very polite and professional. The method used to hold up the sink was my idea and built by me with my materials. Not quality builders. Lowered one side of the sink and removed old sealer as best he could. Put down new adhesive/sealer and held in place with my adjustable T-bars. Clean-up was very good. The whole job was done in about two hours. Estimated time on the proposal was one day. Over all was a very good job. $340.00 an hour is a little steep.
Description of Work: Repair kitchen sink. Under mount sink had broken seal and dropped 1/2 inch.

 + 0 moreNow that the work is done, I just wanted to update my previous review. Ms. Ressler and Quality Builders did a very good job. I am pleased with the quality of the work and the look of the completed project. The bathrooms are stunning, as is the new kitchen. We did have some delays early on because of the spring rain, but once the building shell was constructed, the work moved super fast. I am especially please that consideration was given to the budget at every phase of the work. In addition, Ms. Ressler's eye for design was immensely helpful in those situations where there were so many choices. I look forward to working with this company again.

 + -1 moreFrom the beginning to the end of this project, things went the way they were planned. Mary explained what to expect in great detail and her crew delivered. The job was done in a very timely fashion and they were onsite everyday as promised. Mary and Jim go out of their way to ensure the customer gets what they pay for. They truly give the ultimate in customer service and stand behind their product 100%. The project turned out beautiful, enhances our home and gives us all we'd hoped for. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done to their home. We might have been able to find someone to do a job of this size for less money, but the attention to detail that was performed would not have been equal to this. We have peace of mind that we selected the right contractor.

 + 2 moreDemolition was last week. It seems to have gone smoothly, but construction hasn't begun yet, so no real details. I can say that so far, it has been a pleasure. I have received patient, courteous, professional service. I've had fruitful discussions about various aspects of the project, materials, construction techniques, etc., where people actually listened to my ideas instead of try to impose their own vision. If the level of professionalism is matched by the care and craftsmanship I expect to go into this build, I know I will be pleased.
Description of Work: Demolish enclosed porch. This hasn't been completed yet: Construct 12x24 addition. Install 1 new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. Re-roof entire structure.

Description of Work: I have used Quality Builders for the last 12 years. They installed (what they are most noted for) the 3-season porch, which added living space, a wonderful entertainment area and most important, protection from the summer heat and winter elements. A year later I had replacement windows installed, which cut my utility bills in half. The work was impeccable. Most recently (April 2011) I called to see if they did roof replacement, not only was the roof replaced (with old roof removed), but addition services were provided to include, replacement of roof fan (including electrical work), painting of soffits etc. and of course a wonderful "clean-up" job. Major storms followed the work, there was never an issue; however, past experience with other Quality Builders (especially Mary Ressler) is to always answer all calls personally and address issues (big or small) immediately.
