+ -1 moreWe wanted a pet friendly solution because of our cat, and this seemed like a good option. However, after all the phone tag and all was said and done, we still have bedbugs. After the second treatment, we were still getting bites. We told them and they gave us traps to try and lure them out, but they didn't catch anything. Additionally, they only gave us a month of insurance starting from the first treatment, which we found to be illogical. Now we still have the problem, the insurance is expired, and out $850....

+ -1 moreJoel & Jem pest are the absolute best. we switched from a large company competitor (or kin) due to be unsatisfied. Joel was courteous, prompt. He explains everything and is never to busy to address year concerns. we have been using jem pest for about a year now and we will never switch to someone else. They are the best in the are. we cannot say enough good things about them.

+ -1 moreGreat service. Price is amazing. Small business/BIG RESULTS. Not trying to upsell or take you for a ride. Seriously knows his stuff and will walk you through the entire process. I have had national chains and i just feel like they are constantly trying to add on costs. Did not get that feeling here and felt the service was really good.
Description of Work: Got rid of those small ants that plague Delmarva!! Took care of other insect and pest issues. Educated me on ALOT of prevenative measures I can take. Monitoring for termites etc. We had those little black ants bad. I mean BAD! They were showing up in places you just dont want to see an ant! One treatment got rid of them and ongoing service has kept them and everything else out!
