They do really good. The guys are great. Very polite.

The owner assessed the condition of all tree in my yard and provided recommendations on necessary tree trimming. The estimate was reasonable and I contracted with him to do the job. The work was done efficiently and on time. I was completely satisfied with work including leanup.

Overall I'm pleased with the work. They sent me two separate estimates for 2 jobs and did both in the same day within 2 weeks of me accepting the bids. With a hurricane due over the weekend, they scheduled my work for before the storm arrived so that there was no further damage to my property.

The estimate was excellent and they gave me a 10-percent senior citizen's discount. The man who came out knew what he was talking about and I have contracted with them to do the job. He called before he came, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He had his certified arborist patch on his shirt and explained how long he had been in business. He examined all the trees that I was concerned about because I was not sure whether to take them down or trim them. He gave me good advice and came out within 3 days after I called him.

They were prompt, they were professional, they got everything done that they said they were going to do, in the time frame they allotted. I was very pleased. I give them an A Plus! Excellent work. Yes indeed! I would use them again in the future.

I thought they did a really good job. Also, their price was great and they did a really excellent job.

They're professional, but they're not cheap.

I called Sussex Tree for a quote on tree work in April. A representative from Sussex Tree, came within that week (it could of been the next day, but my memory doesn't serve me that well). Three trees were 12" diameter/20' tall, the fourth tree was 18" in diameter/60' tall. The two shrubs were located over a well head. The quote came US mail and emailed within the same time frame. The price for all the work to be done and cleaned up in one day was well within my budget. After changing my mind on what trees I wanted down, I contacted Sussex Tree again for a quote adjustment-same number of trees and shrubs, just different locations. Jeff, rep. Sussex Tree, came out within two days, reviewed everything and handed me a written adjusted quote- same price as before. I stated that I would like the work done sooner than later, but understood that I would be squeezed in, as in April the schedule was a bit more open. I was flexible for them to come when they could, as the work was marked out and my family schedule permitted. Two weeks later, I came home to a crew working on the marked trees. The foreman stopped the work came over introduced himself and another key operator. I asked my neighbor approximately how long had they been there, he stated "15 minutes". Two hours later the trees/shrubs down, areas cleaned up and crew was off. They had a few difficult areas to work through and along (well head/fence line) .I poked my head out a couple of times, the crew was wearing their safety gear and worked efficiently. Their biggest down time was the truck had to go dump the chips, but during that time the rest of the crew stacked and cleanup the areas in more detail. Two hours later the trees/shrubs down, areas cleaned up and crew was off.

They came at 9am on the day they said they would and worked diligently all day. They kept me informed of what they were doing all day. All work was done well and professionally. They removed everything they cut down and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Probably not the cheapest price we could have gotten, but I had confidence that my trees were in good hands.
