Contacted Fancy Cutz to speak to the owner about problems with 2 Security cameras. Owner did not return the call, instead had one of his employees call back to let us know there were no appointments available for over 3 weeks. I asked the employee why so far down the road, it does not make any sense to have non-functional Security cameras if you can't have service within a reasonable time frame. The only response to that was "we're just very busy, do you want the appointment?" No other option was offered, so I declined the appointment with Fancy Cutz and I called another Company.. Customer care should be a big part of all business relationships.

Excellent. Always answered my phone calls, text messages and e-mails. Prompt. Showed up when he said he would. Came out the next day when I had a problem changing my colored lights.

I had estimates from 5-6 landscapers and Brian's price was around middle of the pack. He was very responsive and patient in answering all of our questions during the pricing process. He told us the date and time that he would be here for installation and was always here on time and always did exactly what he promised. Brian easily made a couple of changes always with a smile on his face. Whenever I have tried to reach him either before, during or after the job was completed he was easy to get ahold of and VERY responsive. We are very pleased with his work and will use him for future work that we have planned. Two of our neighbors have since used Fancy Cutz and also been pleased.

I've got the greatest landscaper in the world. He is absolutely the best. He is very responsible and responsive, and the quality of his work is great. He is a local farmer and his family has been in farming in this area for a long time. He went to school and got all his degrees for analyzing soil and all that, and between the 2 things, he has gotten my lawn. I've been here for 9 years and I've had 3 other people to do my lawn. He then told me that they were doing it wrong and putting the wrong stuff down in this area. I followed his program this year and my lawn is so much better. He's helped me with cutting down broken trees and also helped with some water problem that I had under my house, and he figured it out and fixed it. My neighbor and I had a big problem with my drainage in the front and he worked very hard and helped me to get that resolved. The thing I like about him is that not only does he do his work, but when you call him, he answers you. He is a hands-on proprietor. He has people working for him to do a lot of the work because he can't be everywhere at one time, but if you want to talk to him, you get to talk to him. If you ask him to come and look at something he comes and looks at it. I can't say enough good things about him.

They have been here several times. They are excellent and the service was very positive and prompt. They do a fair amount of work in the neighborhood and I know a lot of neighbors have seen what we have done and have contacted them and they are very satisfied. They also do some regular work for me and a neighbor. We have joint responsibility for a storm water management area so they mow that for us on a regular basis. They have been prompt in doing that so it kind of takes care of itself. I will use them again in the future.
