Description of Work: David was a pleasure to work with. He and his team did great work and he went out of his way to drop off samples. We hope to have him install a new deck in the fall.

Description of Work: All of the exterior windows, doors and siding were replaced. Dave offers a very good product line, did a very nice job, and stood by his work throughout. We were very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: There was a scheduling problem on when someone could come out and give me an estimate on the job. I called, left a message but never heard back from the company.

Description of Work: Mainly, replaced old siding with vinyl siding, replaced shutters, wrapped trim with aluminum. Installed insulation under siding.

Description of Work: Replaced 9 windows in an old (1925) Salisbury house...Trimmed other 22 windows by wrapping with metal thereby eliminating need for painting. Also painting 2 doors and two basement windows. Also fixed framework in two sets of attic windows. He also insulated where needed and caulked all windows!

Description of Work: I already wrote a review but he did an excellent job taking off all existing siding,wrapping the house with A moisture proof barrier and replaced it with a compressed concrete siding that looks like wood. He also installed 2 doors and a new window. We very very pleased with his work and his fairness and promptness in everything. We would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Dave and his crew re-sided half of our two story house with Hardee Panel and replaced the trim. Half of the house had already been completed in a previous remodeling. Part of the house was very high but that seemed to be no problem. In addition to putting up the siding they were willing to do the painting as well because it was proving to be very expensive to get a painter to do the work given the difficult access.

Description of Work: First,David removed all of our existing cedar siding and repaired and reinsulated all rotten areas.He then covered the entire house with a moisture barrier.he installed top quality "hardy board" type siding. We chose a different company because it was wider and looked more like real wood.He trimmed around windows and edges of the house with a no maintenance edge and caulked all areas. He is installing and rehanging two new doors and another window and is taking care of the areas ,like our front porch,with primer and professional painting.He and his workers have been diligent about doing an excellent job while cleaning up Every single day!.David is also remodeling a downstairs bathroom for our 93 year old mother so she can remain in our home. He has kept us informed on a daily basis and we could not be more pleased with the quality of his work.

Description of Work: Replaced old aluminum sliding door with new fiberglass french patio door, including screens and locks as specified. Very professional installation including replacement of adjacent siding. Job required new header, sheet rock, and moldings. David Donahue completed all related parts of the door replacement, included the unforeseen. This is why I wanted a contractor instead of a huge store.
