Superbly - workers were highly professional and detail oriented. The project was completed on schedule and met all expectations. Each day, the work site was left clean. As the project was done at a second home (not near my residence), I was sent periodic pictures by the contractor showing the work progress and job site.

Very pleased with performance of entire team from office personnel to onsite team. I particularly appreciated the transparency of the process including full details on work performed, costs incurred, and project timing. Any questions I posed were answered candidly and clearly. I definitely will look to them for future projects.

Roberts Property Mgmt were very professional, and did an excellent job. They were great to work with, and actual job cost came in below the original estimate. We are very pleased and will definitely call Roberts again.

Someone gave us the number for this company even though it's 20 minutes away in another town. The tub had stopped being used and the first floor was dry so we were not any huge rush, but when we called he came either that day or the next and found the problem right away.. it ended up being a small hole in the fiberglass tub, which we had to have a specialist fix, but he took care of everything else. We are very thankful and we have had no trouble since. sorry, but it was 2 1/2 years ago so I don't remember the price but it was reasonable.

This company did a fantastic job. They were very professional and punctual. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent work. Easy to work with. Exceptional attention to detail. RPM was very attentive to our concerns and followed our design criteria to the letter. Assisted us in the selection of the product used to resurface the deck and provided a detailed cost for the end product. Will definitely consider using this contractor again.

The box looks terrific and fixed a cosmetic crack and ties the two 2x4s together to prevent further separation. They primed the wood and painted with two coats. We are very pleased with their creative solution (see attached photo)! Price was reasonable and RPM was another joy to work with!

Wow! RPM are true professionals and we are lucky to have found them on Angies List. Jan 1st, we discovered "openings" in our house. After reviewing RPM on Angies List and their website, we gave them a try! After meeting the owner, Dennis, and Tony his estimator, our stress level went WAY down. Bill and Pete did the actual work and they exhibited a high degree of competency and were pleasant to work with (job took two days). RPM's communication was first rate and they provided detailed invoices for labor, parts and supplies. Will definitely use them again! Great experience with great people. I highly recommend. Job completed BEFORE the expected date, and done right the first time. Every time I contacted them, they responded in a very timely fashion. It is hard to find reliable contractors in this area, but they are gems.

RPM was fabulous. Let me start by saying I am the senior construction lawyer for a fortune 100 international company and have also worked with a number of contractors for my residences so I have some knowledge about this area. RPM was responsive and spent time educating me on the various siding products available and their application techniques. They work on a T&M contract, which is some times an invitation to blow the budget. However, they provided a good faith estimate, and the work came in right on budget. Further, they back up the draws and final true-up with detailed daily time & materials sheets, so everything is transparent. They are very busy, so it took a few months before they could start my project, which was fine as I am only a part time resident and the work was not critical. The owner, Dennis, kept me regularly updated as to where they were on starting my work. As I most often live in Florida, once they did start they regularly sent detailed photos and updates. My neighbors (I live in a subdivision) reported they were neat, detail oriented and quiet in performing their work and did not negatively impact the neighbors. They finished up the work while I was here and did a final inspection with me and everything met scope, schedule and budget. I have retained them to do some small interior work and some outside work under new contracts. I highly recommend this ethical company.

The project went extremely well. We selected a door, we were given a quote and originally thought the project couldn't be completed for months. However the door arrived early and RPM managed to get it installed immediately. The craftsmanship was excellent. We felt that we were a priority and well taken care off. This property is our vacation home and we are not always there, having met with Mr. Roberts we felt confident that he was trustworthy. He did not disappoint. Highly recommend for anyone needing work.

The team was actually able to start a month ahead of the originally scheduled time and completed the project within the stated period. I truly appreciate the attention to detail -- Dennis and his team saw to every nook and cranny. Neighbors and passers-by have been quite impressed as well. I should also add that they were meticulous about retrieving every bit of construction trash and did not encroach on anyone else's property--very important around this crowded beach area.

Wow--Dennis is our hero. My sisters and I co-own a rental property and had hired a builder to reconstruct a deck that needed a massive upgrade. My sisters and I live in Colorado, Massachusetts and Virginia so we were organizing this project from afar. We needed implicit trust in the builder; we would not be there in person and we would have our house fully booked for about 3.5 months. The deck needed to be done well and be safe for our renters. We found out within a few weeks before our house opened for the rental season that the builder botched the job. In comes Dennis to the rescue. We found him through a recommendation and before we even hired him, he immediately started calculating what he would need to do to fix the job in the short time we had. A few days passed while we urgently tried communicating with the builder to fix his own mistakes. When it was clear to us that the builder would not deliver, we hired Dennis. He bought material and built the deck in one week. During the week that he was building, Dennis consulted with the Sussex County Building Code Inspector and the Fenwick Island Town Hall in order to be crystal clear with what was needed for the deck to be to code. Dennis cleared his calendar and put his other projects on hold. Here is a list of what he achieved: 1) he replaced the railings that the builder installed too short2) he rebuilt the stairs so that they had adequate stringers for the composite material use3) he installed additional joists needed for the composite material used 4) he installed hurricane clips He gave daily (sometimes twice daily) reports to us, including pictures, understanding the difficult position we were in being so far away. He passed inspection with flying colors; even the inspectors were impressed with him! We are so happy to now know Dennis and make hims regular part of the construction projects needed for our beloved property. Not only did he pull us out of a jam, he was the answer to our dilemma of living so far away!

After receiving an estimate, we agreed to have the provider do the repairs. We discovered that more repair to the deck was needed due to wood rotting than we had expected. Both men working on the repair explained the issues they found and we agreed to move forward. They finished the repairs in 2 1/2 days and came in under the original estimate. While making the repairs, they also fixed a piece of the siding where wood was showing. We were very pleased with the repairs and professionalism displayed. We would definitely use this provider again.

We had a very specific and detailed design that we were hoping to achieve and Roberts Property Management exceeded all of our expectations. We tend to be perfectionists and they were very patient and accommodating with our requests. They definitely want to do good work and satisfy their customer. We would use them again for any remodeling and highly recommend them. Our house looks fantastic!

We were pretty confident after we interviewed Mr. Roberts for the work we needed done and he and his crew did not disappoint. Workmanship was timely, and professional. Work areas were draped for sanding and painting and clean up was impeccable. Received a detailed invoice with all receipts for material purchased. it was a pleasure to work with their firm.

Contractor met with clients to discuss and consult on project. Gave helpful input and appropriate and realistic timeline. Provided architect drawings and several options for client to consider. Obtained required permits. Work was started and completed in keeping with agreement. When clients visited project, workmen were professional. Worksite was kept neat. Contractor kept in contact with clients throughout the project. Sent pictures as work was being completed. Screening on porches was replaced with removable screens set in cedar frames. All wood for porches was replaced with vinyl covered pickets and posts. Handrails were replaced and are ADA compliant. Carpentry work was performed with expertise. From footings to lattice work, project was done with care. Job was completed in keeping with contracted agreement. Contractor was honest, accessible and professional. Highly recommended!

Outstanding in all respects. Roberts Ppty Management had been providing us property oversight for some time, as well as periodic maintenance. This year's project, though, was extensive and time sensitive. Pre-sale, we discovered substantial wood rot in areas not visible from the ground. Roberts PM acted quickly and professionally--always on budget and often ahead of schedule. Dennis and his crew, augmented by specialists when needed, completed the overall task ahead of schedule. Dennis always advised us of what was ahead, explained our options and made appropriate recommendations. Material charges were always supported by original invoices. We enthusiastically recommend Roberts Property Management to anyone owning property in the Bethany Beach area. Particularly for absentee owners, it is important to have a trustworthy contractor nearby to respond to the inevitable crisis. Our only regret is that we didn't find Dennis Roberts many years ago.

Following a storm , Dennis Roberts and his team temporarily repaired a porch door that had blown out , ordered a replacement, and installed the new door & frame. They responded very quickly and handled all the details. The workmanship was very good. In addition , they caulked our skylights to insure that there would be minimal chance for leakage. Both jobs were done at the same time. Mr Roberts also personally supervises his work crew, and responds promptly to phone calls & emails. We were very pleased with everything.

I need contract to do some job on my property. I called Robert management company. They are busy right now can not take new job. But the owner call back to me same day as I left message and he is very honest. Robert has provide me suggestion to look for other sources for looking for other contractor .Thanks

Denise arrived on time and provided guidance on the repair of a screen porch that was damaged during the most recent storm. He suggested that we contact a company that specializes in repairing and replacing screens. We appreciated his honesty and recommendation. I'm certain he could have done the job, however, he knew and recommended a company that was skilled in this particular area. Thank You Denise! The porch has been repaired using your recommendation!!!

Poorly. This contractor is actually a property management company that operates at the Delaware shore resort area. Dennis the owner is just advertising seemingly great deals on Angie's list to get customers with interior work that he can put in his back pocket for a few months to keep his maintenance men busy throughout the Winter season. Sure he calls you quickly to tell you he cant do the work for a few months but it is still deceptive and ties up your payment reimbursement for weeks or months while it accumulates interest on your credit card.
