"It is normal for the renters/guests to wish for a beautiful AND CLEAN place to enjoy their vacation. Unfortunately, the cleaning companies we have tried, rush from rental to rental, missing a lot of things they are supposed to clean. This is why every Saturday my wife and I have been driving to our condo in Bethany beach in order to clean what the cleaners missed, before the arrival of our guests. One Saturday we were unable to do that. When we saw that the time was approaching for our guests to arrive and we had not received a message saying that the cleaning was done, we called Cindy (?). We had been working well with Cindy for almost 2 seasons, only politely making some comments for improvements from time to time, but she did not like that. So this one time that we totally depended on her to get our condo cleaned, she let us down big time."
