Overall, Greg is an amateur. His services are sub-par and his professionalism is laughable. This was the second summer we used him & while we were not thrilled with his work last year, it was not awful. The few things that were offensive were the several (3 times) we arrived to the house only to not be able to park in our driveway because there were cars parked in the driveway. Confused, since no one was in house, we waited out front to see who the cars belonged to & low and behold they belonged to his workers who were up sitting on the beach with their family & using our driveway to park in. To make matters worse, just last week when we requested his services he agreed but under the conditions he could charge us an additional $35 to spend extra time "in the kitchen and dusting & vacuuming." We agreed, however on arrival we noticed many of the things we agreed to were not done. There were cobwebs beneath the dining room chairs, in the corners of the living room ceiling, dust atop the blades of the ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms. We contacted Greg to express our displeasure and offered him the opportunity to come in at no charge to finish the job and getting rid of cobwebs dusting & throughout the house, or be amenable to refunding a portion of the check since we felt the job wasn't done to completion or warranted extra fees. His response, "I will not refund any money and I resign as your cleaner." Use this service at your own risk, but don't say you were not warned.......
