+ -1 moreI had a carpet cleaning scheduled for noon today. Needed the service prior to a furniture delivery the following day. It’s past 2pm and the company is a no call, no show. No call, no text no anything. I had felt so good last night about using a locally owned and operated business where the website shows they’ve been in business for 30 years and am so disappointed and upset, as now I find myself calling any other place I can to try to get someone to come last minute so the carpet can be ready to look like new again before the new furniture comes. If you’re looking for reliable, this isn’t the place I guess.

However, after John from White Glove Carpet Cleaning treated and steam cleaned the carpets in the entire house, replacing the carpets is not necessary as the result is that the carpets are close to original new condition. Great job John and at a fair price.
