I would definitely recommend them. The installation was completed before noon. Pace coordinated with the power company, propane company, and the required inspectors as needed. I did not have to worry about anything. Power interruption was minimal, less than 30 minutes. Pace even registered the warranty. All cables and gas lines were buried underground.

Amazing! Pace responded quicker than other contractors, placed us on their schedule same day, pulled & inspected our fixture, told us it was type bulb we were using, suggested safer bulbs, best part was call taker understood my concern for my family safety and prioritized us because of the potential fire associated! They also responded fast knowing I was leaving country W Army & understanding my concerns for family welfare, responded quickly! Thank you Pace! Definitely will use again and tell everyone!! It’s a family run business who truly cares about us!

The guys were professional and friendly. One promptly worked on the attic fixture while the other diagnosed my study wiring issue. In 30 minutes everything was complete and they were on their way. I will absolutely hire these guys again! Very reasonable and personable.

Too expensive! $150.00 to hang one ceiling fan! Will not use! Unable to rate because i did not have the work done!

It was great! They installed the generator a couple weeks after I called which is great considering permits are needed. Their staff were professional and answered all of my questions before and during the installation.

Perfect. Technician "James" arrived as scheduled, introduced himself and was extremely courteous and very professional. He initially confirmed the work to be done and was careful to ensure that it was performed as I preferred. He worked for less than one hour and completed the task. He cleaned the work area and had me review the area before leaving. Work was done PERFECTLY and exactly as I desired. NO PROBLEMS !!

I sent out a request at 9 am and had my generator fixed by 2. Amazing!

I needed two GFI outlets install on separate circuit breakers. The technicians were on time and looked professional and they conducted themselves as such. Work was completed in. timely manner, area all cleaned up. Would definitely hire Pace again!!!

pace did an expert job in installing our generac generator. really was a first class experience. would recommend them to anyone.

Installation went without a hitch. Startup was complicated by the fact that the utility company had to upgrade our gas line from the street to accommodate the potentially higher load. When they finally installed the new line, the generator ran well in tests and exercise mode but failed in a few weeks. Technician T.C. came out promptly and got it running again by replacing a faulty part. A wifi communication issue had to be resolved by installation of a wifi range extender in a room near the generator by our internet provider, because the generator is at the opposite end of the house from our router. The Pace office staff and T.C. have been responsive and professional throughout installation and during every contact since then. Living in an area where the electrical infrastructure is old and subject to relatively frequent outages, some lasting for days (usually during cold weather) and on two occasions losing our neutral line, which led to appliances burning out and even catching fire, the peace of mind we get from having the generator is well worth the cost. Pace has done an outstanding job of making generator ownership very close to worry-free.

Everything went quite well. There were few minor hiccups but they were addressed promptly and finalized

Overall I will not be doing business with Pace again. The electrician damaged my floor when he tried to move a heavy piece of furniture. Mistakes happen so that’s not my issue with them. They took pictures of the damage, which clearly required a floor repair person to fix. They originally sent one of their head electricians out to determine if Pace could fix the damage. This disrupted my work day as I thought they were sending a floor repair person to assess the damage so I wasted team leaving the office only to have an electrician come to my house and say that a floor repair person was required to repair my floor. Thanks for wasting my time. The floor was repaired to my satisfaction only have disrupting my work day even more though. Pace doesn’t care about other people’s time. They never invoiced me for the work then have the audacity to call me and threaten me with collections. This is a sloppy company to do business with and they are too cavalier about their customers time. I will not be doing business with them again. I have other electrical companies do work for me and I will be going back to one of them for future work.

No one returned my call, no one contacted me at all, I even went through their company website to contact them

Scheduled appt. to get a price estimate on a Monday, "Between noon and 2 pm". I had planned to go visit family for a few days, but postponed it for that appt. He had not shown up by 2 pm, so I called. He said, "I had you down for 1 to 2 pm, but I forgot. I can leave in 15 minutes, and be there in 30 to 45 minutes." I said, "Forget it," then left to do that family visit I had planned.

Great quality job with a professional interaction with all that was involved.

They came within 24 hours, were pleasant ad professional. Will surely use them next time we need electrical work performed.

Pace is the BEST. I had several quotes but Pace really impressed me from the start. The owner came to the house to do the initial estimate. He was prompt and very professional. We knew we were in good hands immediately. Then they followed up with the crews doing the work. Each one checked the location, plumbing (meaning gas lines), the location of the electrical box, and the location for the generator. They took care of all the permits and, believe me, that really makes it worth it. On the day of the install they had everything scheduled perfectly. The local PECO gas person was there first to install the new lines and meter. Then the electrical and gas guys went to work. No problems whatsoever. I have never been so comfortable and secure in the knowledge that everything was being taken care of and I had no worries. Steve was a real professional and so were all the folks that worked with him. If you need a generator installed or any other electrical service Pace is the one to go with! They are great!

Originally I posted a review and gave them a bad rating for PACE. The original service called appeared to fix the problem but after a month the issue returned. Pace sent someone back who discovered that there was a bad switch and fixed it. I felt I was overcharged for the second call and posted this. Pace saw the post and called me immediately. They agreed that I was overcharged and reissued a new invoice for $90 labor and about $12 in parts which I felt was fair. As a result I have renewed confidence in Pace and would use them again.
