They did a good job and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very professional. While here asked about a quote for some additional work. They researched it and had a quote back to me the next day.

Bought a new house from out of town and had a lot of electrical work that needed to be done before we could move in. When I scheduled the appointment, I told the receptionist all the items that needed doing. She said she would send two electricians to make sure they could get it all done in one day as we were there for a limited time from out of town. However, they only sent one electrician and he only knew about half of the work I had told the receptionist. He left to get supplies and was gone a long time. He got less than half the work done the first day. Before he left the first day, he said he would come back the next morning. Later he called back and said he could not come back the next day and no one else was available to finish, but he could come the subsequent day. Since we would no longer be in town, I told him that would not work and asked for a number for a supervisor. Instead he called back later and said if I could get there at 7 the next day, he would be there. The electrician showed up with a helper and they set to work. The original electrician was in a terrible mood and apparently decided to take their scheduling snafu out on me. At least now they moved at a quick pace. However, they got a call saying the customer for the next job was not home, so they got a better attitude towards me but slowed their pace drastically. They were not cheap. The work seems fine, but the hassle of the scheduling and the pace of work as well as the bad attitude means I would not use them again.

Provider was punctual, professional, clean, everything went well, cleaned out after installation, will hire them again.

Great experience with this company. Steve did the work. He was here 5 min early. Very personable. They charge by the hour and he was working the job every second he was here. Also gave me advice and looked a few other things that i did not include in the original job. Pricing was very fair. Quality of the installs was good. He cleaned up after himself. Accepted paypal as payment. Would absolutely use them again.

Pace Electrical Services provided excellent service from the first call to the work done today. When I first called I was looking for estimates on two different items I needed completed in my home. Corrine was very knowledgeable, and actually double-checked to validate that one of the jobs I was requesting required a mechanical contractor, as it related to bonding/grounding gas plumbing, and she referred me to another contractor for that work. But the chandelier swap in my 20' foyer was scheduled. Steve and Kevin came out this morning and did an awesome job. They were on time, professional and courteous. They took extra care when taking down the Tiffany chandelier and while putting it into the custom crate we had ready for its transport. They also made recommendations on how to safeguard it better within the crate to ensure it arrived safely to our new home without any damage. They were careful to cover their work area, and offered to sweep/vacuum the area when done. Additionally, when they found out we were moving to Lewes, they recommended that we consider a generator in our new home in the future, provided information on it, and indicated that they do travel to Lewes for service. In the process of prepping our current home for sale, and building a new home, I've interacted with many contractors, and this was one of the best experiences. Thank you!

We contacted Pace based on excellent reviews in Angie?s List. Hourly price quote was very reasonable so we hired them for a relatively small project (install two outdoor, second story flood lights and install a timer for outside lighting). Steve arrived right on time and promptly went to work ? completing the installations efficiently. We were so pleased with the total experience that we scheduled Steve on the spot to come back for additional work. He returned 2 weeks later to install a new line into our new garage sump pump and change out an outlet in a bedroom that was not functioning properly. He was very punctual and efficient. We will definitely use Pace when we need an electrician.

The technician, Mallie, arrived on-time and was very professional. The work was performed with quality, done neatly, and everything went well. The technician took time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. I supplied the three replacement light fixtures so Pace only charged me for the technician's labor at $75.00 per hour, which I felt was reasonable.

Wanted to write this sooner but got busy. From the very first call Pace was very professional. Ken came to house and answered all questions and took all measurements. Then Corrine the true organizer of the group called and sent propsal over. Price was very competitive and helped answer any financial questions. In fact any questions I had Corrine answer even on the generator unit itself. She is very knowledge. Didn't have to wait long to have unit install and it was install on the day it was suppose to be with no problems. They had a little glitch finding something on their end but took care of it without any problems. Of course the reason I got a generator put in my house is the countless times in the last four years we have lost power for three to five days at a time. It's not like I live in a remote area but I am on a power grid with only 35 people so we are one of the last to be taken care. I can't tell you how secure I feel now that we have the generator. I have not had to use the generator yet , we have had bad weather but have missed it and been fortunate. I have no problem recommending Pace to do work they did a great job. .

They found that incorrect wiring on one socket caused that socket to burn out and other sockets to not work properly. They rewired and replaced all three of them. They were prompt, as promised, and very friendly. They also gave us some tips on other things in the house. They were wonderful!

Excellent, professional work. Everything was clearly explained, and their staff both in the field and the office were great to work with. They were also by far the least expensive. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Throughout the installation process Mallie and Steve were professional and respectful of our home. Corrine did a wonderful job coordinating the install dates and sub contractor's. Her professionalism and customer service skills are something very rarely experienced these days. They will always be the first electrical service company we call!

I spoke to Corrine who arranged a free estimate; she was extremely pleasant and professional. The estimate included: Demo existing service cable from service head to panel; install new service cable from service head to meter and to panel; Power Company Coordination and Electrical Inspections. Ultimately we chose another company with a lower price, however Pace was very knowledgeable, professional and still a competitive price. They also seemed very honest as they did not attempt to force recommend additional work at an extra charge (as some other companies I received quotes from did). I would definitely call them again for quotes and possible work I need performed.
