I had put in an insurance claim after hitting a deer with my car. My insurance company recommended that I take my car to Master-Tech, so I did. My insurance company had set me up an appointment to meet with an adjuster and a worker there. When I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and brightness of the lobby. The woman behind the counter was cheerful and polite, and promptly helped me. When I told her why I was there, the adjuster and the worker overheard and both came over to meet me. After explaining my situation to them, we went out and took a look at my car (the damage was only visual). The worker was very friendly and cheerful while looking over my damage, obviously sensitive to my plight, and was sympathetic about the accident. Once the claim was completed, and I got the quote, I made an appointment for the following week (since my schedule wouldn't let me any sooner). Since I was going to have to drive my car around looking like a wreck for 5 days, the worker banged out my hood by hand real quick, so at least it looked a little better. I really appreciated that. When I took it in for the actual repairs, the same people were there, and remembered me. They all seemed very appreciative of my business, which was nice. I was told the car would be ready by the next day, and that they would call me when completed. The next day, they called, and when I went there to get the car, I almost cried at how wonderful it looked. It looked better than when I bought it, I swear. Now, I didn't actually pay any money because of the insurance claim, but the price it would've been seemed appropriate. I know a lot of work went into that car.

Professional work environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, delivered car on exact date of estimation. Sent a link to view pics of car while getting repaired. Received car back on time and it looked great!

They were very punctual, and the quality of work was great. I would recommend them to others.
