Description of Work: I highly commend the integrity of this service provider. i took my iMac to him for what turned out to be a very complicated service. He worked diligently on the service. As soon as he realized the service required a mac store, he told me so and had me pick up the computer. I asked him to accept some payment and he refused. This company can be trusted to do what they say they will do or not charge a customer one cent. Very remarkable in this day and time! Very nice, courteous people. I would definitely take another request to them. thanks

 + -1 moreIt was clear from talking with the technician that the problem was one with which he was familiar. He described best and worst case scenarios, and asked which types of files I wished saved if the problem required reinstalling the operating system, etc. The repair was effected in the time estimated and for the his lowest cost estimate.
Description of Work: Despite having up-to-date anti-virus software, my son's computer became infected by a variant of the so-called FBI virus, which effectively renders the computer unusable. Effective removal of the virus requires some advanced skills (for example, to clean up one's registry), and after a little research, I decided the best approach was to put the task of removal in the hands of someone with the appropriate expertise.

Description of Work: My computer was running really slow and freezing up the guys at Main Street were great they cleaned up the viruses, load new security software and updated all aplications. They were very professional and knowledgeable, also very personable and spoke terms that could be understood by someone who dosen't understands the inner workings of a computer.
