"After an HVAC failure I chose Moon to replace my entire system. John sold me a system based on the specs he thought would be a better fit. I was concerned about going with a small ton system for the A/C but John assured me it would handle it. Heating was great but the A/C unit was indeed a bit too small to handle the high ceilings and sun exposures of the mid summer sun. I think all of Moon's top notch experienced techs at one time or another were at my house almost weekly or biweekly because the system wasn't keeping the house cool. My electric bills were insane and because I finally had to revert to adding window units to assist the A/C. They worked endlessly that summer and I'm sure the mere mention of my name was frustrating for them and I felt bad but it was a huge issue. Moon was super fair and honest with me not charging me for one of those visits and ultimately replacing the 3ton A/C with the original sized 4ton system at no charge at all to me. I thought that was pretty amazing and it showed incredible integrity and never once were they not there for me with additional returns due to a difficult venting installation and correction. I can't say enough about how they stand by their work. All I can say is impressive. I waited a bit to write this as this was my first full season of the summer heat with the new system and it worked wonderfully. I do what Paul instructed, to let the upstair get cool first before the downstairs is adjusted. Really very grateful and appreciative for everyone's help including the girls who were always kind, considerate and sympathetic to my issues. They will always have my gratitude."

"Where do I start... First to know this company is not BBB accredited. Contacted Harris as I was having A/C trouble in the middle of a heat wave. A representative promptly came out did a quick evaluation and stated it would be best to replace the unit instead of basically putting a stop gap to fix the problem. I agreed on what needed to be replaced and at the time was appreciative of the prompt service. Additional work had to be installed downstairs to update what was an older configuration of the home. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed upstairs in any of the rooms. Air vents, returns, flow system. The representative reached out to finance and I agreed basically over the phone and via mobile device to approve for terms of the transaction and work. The finance representative did not come out to my home which I was told by Harris should not have happened."
