Initially, I rated Hashtag Garage Services a 5 but I am lowering the rating and adding comments because of a lack of follow up after installation of a garage door opener. Hash quickly responded to my inquiry, came to assess the installation needed on the same day, gave a competitive price, and installed the garage door opener the next day. He is very personable. However, to register the opener I needed the model and serial number. Hash took the box with that information. I texted him requesting that information and have not heard from him in two days. I will get up on a ladder to look for the information. Hash promptly called me when he saw this review and explained his phone does not receive text messages. He told me where he believes the information can be found.

The Serviceman arrived on time, provided efficient and through service. Inspected the job before doing any work; provided an assessment of the need along with the cost prior to beginning. The was completed in the allotted time estimated. The company provided a written guarantee of the work perform and to date everything appears to be satisfactory.
