They used substandard material. The paver laid uneven ridged blacktop which was uneven and had valleys in it. Less than a year there is small potholes starting where the blacktop is coming apart. They refuse to fix their workmanship. They said it was good for 30 years and it has not lasted a year. They have been reported to Delaware BBB and they refused to respond. Presently waiting to see if they respond to the Delaware AG office. This company is a ripoff company who does not stand behind their work. As a Senior Citizen I consider them a con artist company who rips off Senior Citizens. Do not believe or trust them in their verbal agreements. Work was done on 1/13/2020 and last contacted them on 8/24/2020 before contacting Del BBB and Del AG office.

Provided an estimate for residential asphalt paving services. I don't mind paying more to a company if the job is done correctly. This company was not professional upon arrival and did not offer any references upon request. When asked the specification on the asphalt thickness, he indicated "nice and thick" for you. Hang your hat on that in a law suit when the driveway is cracking in a few months. He left and indicated we can start today or tomorrow at latest. I WILL CALL YOU. No call, so I called him. Indicated he is busy on a job and has no idea or estimate of when he can start. For a professional service provider, it is your job to estimate timing and materials with an aspect of risk with equipment failure. Could not even give me a worst case scenario. I basically said to him "I am at your mercy I suppose" He replied, "Unfortunately, yes, its the business we are in". I cancelled and called the next competitor chomping at the bit for my business. I am so glad I did not sign the pushy contract or put money down. I would still be waiting and be treated as a "fill in job.?
