Benny did an awesome job prep paint and finish he was there he did a great job use good paint cleaned up I would recommend him for anybody every little detail was taken care of definitely higher this man

I do not like writing bad reviews and I would not be doing this if Benny had simply finished my project or sent one of his workers to do so. There were issues during the work that he came back to correct, like removing the paint his guys put on my vinyl fence posts, and leveling my gate after leaving it unsupported, but after 2 emails and 2 texts over 2 months, he still wont re-attach a gutter that his guys removed during the work. Additionally, he had guaranteed that he would not ask for payment until the job was done, but he wanted money as soon as the roof was finished and then actually had his whole crew (most of which were not working on my job) come to my house on the last workday before a review of the work could be done so I could pay him (he wanted cash) and then he would pay them. After coming onto Angis list for this referral, I am really disappointed in this experience and dont think I will be using Angi or Benny again. *Update: Once this review posted, Benny came out and completed the job.

Benny was very professional, and cost was within our reach. He and his group of men worked hard to get the job done in one day.

Good work the job looks great. His guys were easy to deal with and talk to.

Benny was quick to respond to my request and was able to come give me a estimate the very next day. He was able to point out issues with my roof and other areas that needed attention. All the work was completed the very next day and he showed me pictures of the completed work and I was vey satisfied. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Mr Bennett responded quickly to my request for an estimate for my project as well as completion of the project within a short time frame. Job completed to my expectations and his description of the work to be completed.

First, the owner, Benny Bennett, came on time to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. I told him that I only wanted my gutters to be cleaned because I needed to have my deck replaced. He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. The crew were polite and professional and very hard working.. They did a great job and it looks great! I would gladly recommend and intend to use them again on another job.

only took two tries to get a day and time when the employee showed up. The small repair project (replacing two blown away shingles) was done in a half hour or less. Looks great!

Thoughtful assessment of our problem and realistic cost estimate. Not the cheapest by any means but the most likely to succeed. Workers were diligent, respectful, timely. Put in a full days work and extra time on weekend in order to complete the job. Meticulous attention to detail.

I use Benny Bennett Contracting for a gutter repair project that I needed to complete and was very please with both the suggestions and cost. Additionally I was happy with the expediency that was put on this project and the speed and professionalism that was demonstrated by this contracting pro. I give my highest recommendation to Benny Bennett Contracting for all of your exterior housing needs.

I began my remodeling project by getting estimates on new gutters and downspouts from contractors. When Benny offered his opinions to me something just clicked between us. In addition to the gutters, I had plans for roofing and painting my entire house along with many small jobs needing to be done later. I gave Benny a wish list and told him that I had budget in mind. After an hour of discussion, I came to the realization that I could have it all done in one shot with Benny. Two days later, Benny emailed me an estimate with a breakdown of each task. He was not the cheapest estimate, but he was in the ball park of all mid-range to high numbers and he is licensed, insured and bonded which is a necessity when people are on your roof and on ladders. He was a good fit for us. Great! I could now prioritize where my dollars should be spent. My wife and I sat down and decided that now was the time to fix up the old homestead for retirement. We contacted Benny and asked him if he could handle it all. Let's just say, lack of confidence is NOT a Benny Bennett character flaw. Lol. Gutters and downspouts, new roof (house and shed), power wash, lots of stucco repair, chimney pointing with a new cap, new capped foundation drip edge, full house painting, and even a TV antenna with ground installed were the assignments given Benny and his crew. Ah, now to his crew! T.J. and Steve are two of the most capable and cooperative young men I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Friendly and hard working are the words that I would use to describe these guys. A third worker came on the final two days, but I didn't really interact with him. Was this an easy experience? Not always, and it did take nearly three weeks due to tropical storm weather, a holiday, and vacations, but it was mostly painless. I'm not an easy guy to please and this was not an inexpensive job and I expect to get exactly what I pay for; nothing more, nothing less. Benny, T.J., Steve, and I planned and executed a very large undertaking in a fairly short amount of time in nearly 100° weather. I will say this: at the end of three weeks, I am a VERY HAPPY HOMEOWNER. I would certainly recommend Benny Bennett Contracting to all people who aren't sure what is possible for their homes to see if he is a good fit for you as well. After all, it's only and estimate.
