Very professional from the start very friendly and informative, even though I was not physically at the site at the time at the work begun because the individuals were so detailed and making sure that I understood process step-by-step. It felt as I was there in person from start to finish Level of service was ultimate very impressed. Would definitely recommend to anyone top quality service.

This team is incredible. They will do everything until itâ s done right. They truly stand by their work and work very hard to make sure whatever issues you have are solved. Originally we hired them to do some maison work on our 1912 row home. They did an excellent job and are priced VERY fairly. We still had water coming in and Alec went above and beyond to find the issue - totally separate from what we hired them for and fixed it in a timely manner. They take accountability, are polite, explain the issues thoroughly, are efficient and knowledgeable. As a woman, I felt respected and heard. They never once brushed me off and were 100% professional and kind throughout the job. I wish they did more types work because they are incredible !!

Alec did an AMAZING job and I highly recommend him. He was quick, professional, and did a phenomenal job. He was very polite and able to answer any questions we had. Alec and his crew were great I needed help with my flat roof leaking I had multiple roofing out to quote and they only wanted to sell me a new roof Alec was able to not only repair but also coat the entire roof with a sealant was a great experience i highly recommend his company total restorations and masonry

We had a commercial/ residential brick sealing and repair job to be done in Capitol Hill ,we hired Total restorations as they were referred to us by another contractor and we were very pleased with the materials and workmanship performed. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
