Bill Carson is probably one of the best I’ve ever had to deal with. He was pleasant, accommodating, came over 3x because I wasn’t sure what to choose and was pleasant each time. He also was very knowledge about the product and able to give feedback that helped me make a decision. The blinds aren’t yet up but I have such confidence that I decided to post my review now. If anything changes, I’ll post again. Finally, the prices are very reasonable especially given the level of attention.

Great - timely, no unnecessary upselling, great interactions and great commmunications - well organized and lovely.

First-rate service provider. They got back to me right away, came out to measure quickly, and got our order in for new honeycomb blinds and wood plantation shutters right away. It took some time for the shutters to be custom fabricated and come in, but now that they are installed we can't imagine our first floor without them. Excellent installers. There's a wide pricing range for window treatments out there--these are very high quality and will last.

Adam called me within 20 minutes of filling out a form on the Window Wears website, I kid you not. Punctual, friendly, professional. I loved having him in my house for the consultation, such a friendly vibe. He really listened to me too, and didn't seem put off by the fact that I had never ordered blinds before and was going into this completely blind. Didn't push any one product, but waited to see my reaction and the comments about what I wanted, as wild and bizarre as they were (i.e. and quot;I don't want them to stick out over the sill thingy, you know? I don't really want to notice themand quot;) and then he made recommendations based on what I said, while listing the pros and cons of each product. It was a truly customized and informative experience! He had a quote to me within 24 hours, as promised (actually, it was probably within 12 hours), and then when I freaked out because the price was way over what I had budgeted (first-timer, remember, and getting ALL the windows done), he didn't even blink and worked with me to get it down to something more reasonable. It turned out to be as simple as a materials switch, going for faux, but still looking great. At this point I was in love with Adam's expertise and would have trusted him sight unseen. The blinds were a bit late getting to me (a week), which was irritating because I was waiting to move in until they were installed. Adam emailed me ahead of time and explained that it was due to a shortage at the manufacturers, and just the fact that he communicated way ahead of time made me much less irritated. During this experience, I spoke to two other people at the Window Wears office, Mike and one other person, for payment and scheduling the install. Both were friendly and efficient. In fact, they had to chase me for a couple of days when I went out of town for a couple days, which I found kinda funny, considering that my experience getting anything in the home serviced involves ME chasing vendors, not the other way around. Once we got the install scheduled, it happened very quickly -- my installer was Stephan (and someone else whose name I didn't get). Again, friendly, punctual, professional. They didn't seem to mind one bit either that I was hovering and watching their every move (remember, first-time nervous homeowner!). They were fast and I had a blast watching the installation happen and my windows turn chic. Well, I now have a beautiful little house with gorgeous windows and I absolutely could not be happier.

One of the best home services companies that we hav worked with. Bill Carson is a solid guy who did a great job guiding us through the selection process. There are so many window treatment companies that only try to get your order, without providing any design help. Bill has a good sense of what will work in a space. He also does the installs himself and does so very well.I can also highly recommend their shutters guy. He came out to take measurements, and advised us that wood shutters will fit awkwardly in our space. We ended up getting textile shades instead that we are very happy with.For as long as they keep giving competitive prices, I would not use another company for window treatments!

This is one heck of a great company: locally owned independent Hunter Douglas dealer with a wide range of products and outstanding customer service. I have not even had the solar shades installed yet (just ordered them) but wanted to get out this review out because I have been so impressed with what I have seen. Bill Carson, one of the three co-owners, came out to my home within a few days of my calling to request an appointment. He showed me the solar shades he recommends (Solartek) because of their quality, price point and fast delivery. (They are not a Hunter Douglas product, although I understand Hunter Douglas recently acquired the company) . The shades come in about seven different colors, contain 35% fiberglass, and are ready for installation within three weeks. (The beauty about solar shades is that you can have a fairly transparent view looking out the window while those on the outside have an opaque view looking in. ) Bill proceeded to measure my windows digitally, and then entered the measurements right on his Iphone. He also told me that he would be my installer (the company does all its own installation), that the shades have a lifetime warranty, and that Window Wears will fix any problems at no cost for seven years from installation. I received the price quote by email the following day. Window Wear's quote was lower by $400 and $700, respectively, than the quotes I received from two national competitors and the lead time to receive their shades (3 weeks) was half of what the two other firms had advised (6 weeks). I wil update this review when the solar shades are installed but at this point I foresee no problems. Looking forward to seeing the view out the windows!

I called them a couple days before I closed on the condo, and they came to measure the day of closing (which was extremely convenient for me as the apartment is not private without shades :) And Adam provided me details on the types of shades which which he offers as well as pros and cons. He did not try to upsell anything, he basically told me exactly what was what which I appreciated. As soon as the fabric arrived, Adam and his team came to do the installation. They were very prompt with the timing, and were quick with the installation. The whole process was about 1.5 hrs. They were extremely professional, stuck exactly to the estimate, so there were no surprises, and because of the personal service with it being a small company, I really felt like Adam truly stands behind his product. They even cleaned up completely after the installation. It's now been about 2 months with the shades and I couldn't be happier. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for window treatments.

We contacted Window Wears for an estimate and design options for our master bedroom. Prior to the meeting with Adam we discussed basic options and pricing. Adam showed up on time and brought samples of blinds honeycomb shades. He explained the pros/cons of each sample as well the features. The before and after photos from his portfolio sold us. We selected a 2.5" wood blind with a taupe tape. The product arrived ahead of the estimated time (yay!) and Adam installed them immediately. The installation was quick and clean. He spent time describing the functions of the shades as well as the warranty.

Other companies had told me they couldn't install the blinds I wanted on casement windows. Eric came out and measured, showed me samples, gave me options, told me about special Hunter Douglas rebate offers and was a pleasure to deal with. The rebate saved me $500.00 dollars and I got high end up/down cordless easy rise blinds for the same price as corded old style blinds. The blinds arrived quickly, he came back and installed them perfectly. It was painfree from start to finish! Everything was done quickly, efficiently, pleasantly and as promised. There was no mess, no bother and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I love WindowWears!

Very good and knowledgeable. He was very helpful. He came out on time. He gave me suggestions and information on how the job would look when it was finished. He brought samples and got back immediately with his proposal. He came out free of charge.

Adam sticks with it. We had a problem with woven shades that smelled. He worked with the company to get a full credit. He's an excellent installer too.
