It went horribly. Never told me what it would cost or their rates. They came to take a look and they could not do anything and gave a wrong recommendation and charged me money for their visit. They wanted to replace my whole HVAC or just the water pan which costs $4000+ and $2000+ respectively. I had another company give me a free estimate and they recommended that they replace the insulation around the pipes and adjust the angle of my water pan. They would charge me $300+. I went with this other company and that fixed my leak. If you deal with this company, ask for a free estimate and if they won't provide it, take your business else where because other companies will be more than happy to do it.

I called this provider as they service the HVAC unit for our condo association and I thought that they would be familiar with the building. Even though the tech took a long time, he seemed like he was knowledgeable and I was feeling good about the level of service until he told me that the system needed to be recharged and he did not have enough of the material with him in order to accomplish that. He left for an hour and a half to pickup the material at a supplier location. He recharged the system and it the A/C was working great when he left. However, besides the initial service charge of $135, I was billed for 5 hours of labor which included the hour and a half that the tech was gone picking up material that should have been on his truck. Afterwards I called the office to inquire why I was being charged this time and I was told that the charge was correct. It is now a year later and I am having the same issue as I had a year ago. So disappointed with WL Gary!

Needed work done on my ac/heat pump. It stopped working and I feared the worst because it is very old. The tech took the time to figure out what was going on with my relic and proposed an effective solution that didn't break the bank. Given the age of my unit, I asked him to get back to me on a quote for replacement so I can plan for that eventuality. He took down the info and they never got back to me. About a month later, I followed up. They were apologetic, sent a guy out to look at the unit again, and got the quote back to me in a timely manner this second time around. Unfortunately, the quote was $13K. I will use them again for servicing my unit, but I am looking into other options for when the need for replacement arises.

The tech arrived on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up all trash from the job and it was very professionally done. I gave a "B" for price simply because it is a union shop and thus more expensive.

My air conditioner broke while I was out of state and flooded downstairs. I had only moved in a few months prior. The neighbors gave me the plumbers name from sticker on the furnace. Neighbors turned off water. I called Gary and they said I was second on list.(a mortuary with broken refrigeration was first. I guess so!) they came and repaired, called me out of state and explained all. I then called ServPro (another great provider) and all was under control by 11 pm. That evening

Excellent plumbers! They'll come at 7am so my tenants can let them in and then will lock up when they are done.

Come to find out, we didn't need a new dehumidifier it just need to be cleaned. The noise in the water heater was taken care of and to date we have had no more problems, or have we heard any additional noises.

GREAT. HAVE CALLED GARY'S FOR A NUMBER OF JOBS, BOTH BIG AND SMALL AND BOTH REPAIR AND INSTALLATIONS. MY MOST RECENT JOB WAS FOR SEVERAL MINOR REPAIRS AT BATHROOM AND KITCHEN; BUT I HAVE UTILIZED THE COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN RESPONSIVE AND DO EXCELLENT WORK.
