+ -1 moreHe is a person who is a builder. He built his own home. He does anything and everything. He has subcontractors that will work for him. He is on the high end and is excellent.
Description of Work: Valencia Home Improvement does a lot of work on the three properties that I own. He installed a garbage disposal for me last.

+ 1 moreIt is a company that you can trust and you can leave them in your house. They are just reliable, honest and hardworking. We were just pleased working with them. We had an insurance estimate and their price was less than that estimate. It is a small company. They take a job and stick with it till it is done.
Description of Work: Valencia Home Improvement repaired the ceiling, refinished the hardwood floors, and painted the walls and a lot of stuff a few months ago. They also did my bathroom before that.

+ -1 moreHe did a fabulous job. He also does bathrooms and full kitches, including appliances, exterior work, masonary work, and carpentry. His work is excellent and he is an expert in many areas. His prices are also reasonable.
Description of Work: He has remodeled my kitchen, put in an outdoor patio, remodeled a bathroom, and various other things.
