Excellent service for a particularly difficult buying scenario, as we had to buy a new home from overseas without being able to tour the houses in person. We had a primary agent who also brought in a colleague, and together they found appropriate listings for us, went to open houses and took lots of photos, interfaced with the bank and title company, and walked us through all the steps. They didn't flinch at the virtually buying scenario, and were very patient with the time change and bad telecommunications from our overseas location. When we got to the actual deal, they handled everything beautifully, and even kept an eye on the property for us while the former owners rented it back for a short period. We would use them again in the future.

I had unexpectedly found a house in Massachusetts that triggered a decision to move there for retirement. They showed the house aggressively and had five very impressive offers for me within five days. David very professionally managed every detail leading up to and even after to settlement.
