Erich is a phenomenal agent. He knows every in and out of the process (and of homes - huge for people like us who don't know the technical details of what to look for/watch out for, etc.). He also does not force his opinions on you. Erich knows details of lots of areas (a benefit of having many clients in many places throughout the DMV area) - he gave us good info about the community we settled on. During the closing process, he was an amazing advocate for us - he negotiated extremely well and got us the absolute best terms. Finally, he is incredibly affable and really cares about his clients - he was like a member of our family through the process of finding our house. When we decided to sell our beloved Colonial Village house, we turned to the realtor who sold it to us to begin with. Throughout the entire process, Erich was professional, capable, helpful, accessible, and results oriented. He had a professional stager evaluate our house and give us recommendations, free of charge, and sent in a professional photographer to take photos of our house. What a difference both made! The stager helped us arrange our house to play up its strengths (which is hard to do when you love your house and can’t imagine how someone else wouldn’t love it immediately). The DC market is crazy so the process took several months. Erich was patient with me and the process and did not try yo push me into anything I didn't want or pressure me in anyway. in fact, he talked me out of making decisions that did not adhere to what i wanted. i was nervous and uneducated as a first time homebuyer and he often acted as a sounding Board/therapist when the process got frustrating.
