Denny and Leyla are the best! We have used them to buy/sell property 4 times now in both dc and VA. They are responsive, organized and knowledgeable. They know the market well and helped us with both buying and selling of investment properties as well as our own home for one property. They were responsive and moved fast when we wanted to see a place, always finding time to fit us into a schedule or craft complex days of walk-throughs. Once we won a bid, they were right there with us to deal with the onslaught of process and paperwork to come --- working seamlessly with the sellers, our mortgage broker, and the title company. Afterwards they have kept in touch and made sure that we are happy and settled in our new home providing connections and advice as we navigate little updates around the house. We are grateful not only for their realty knowledge and prowess, but also for the genuine friendships that were formed along the way. And that is not to mention how wonderful they were with our two kids who were often in tow and didn't make viewings easy! We were grateful for Leyla and Denny’s assistance in helping us purchase our new home and sell our old one. We appreciated their division of duties where Leyla was mostly responsible for taking us to properties and Denny was mostly responsible for the transaction paperwork, while both handled discussion with the seller and answered our questions promptly and professionally. Because we were looking to substantially upgrade with this move, we had some specific wants, but also some unknowns. Leyla helped us navigate those issues, and house-hunting with her was a lot of fun. She had good insights about the properties and also asked good questions when owners or other realtors were around. She would even strike up conversation with neighbors if they were present, which helped us get a sense of certain communities. She was easy to schedule with and didn’t seem to mind making repeat visits to our favorite properties that we wanted to more closely examine. She also staged our old place in a lovely manner that really showed off its best assets. Denny’s work was more behind-the-scenes, but his efforts to ensure our closings went smoothly—both for buying a new place and selling our old one. Their efforts to competitively price and market our place meant it was only on the market a few days, which was a nice surprise, given that units in our old place stay on the market for months sometimes. These are very professional, knowledgeable and kind people, who we would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

They encouraged me explore new neighborhoods and properties to find the right fit for my needs, while staying within budget. Leyla is very responsive, knowledgable, and patient as we looked at house after house. Once we found the right houses, they were on point with the pricing strategy needed to secure the house. They know the market and the process so that I was able to put in an extremely competitive offer while minimizing the risk through pre-inspections. Buddee was an outstanding realtor - so patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and detail-oriented. This was my first time selling a property, and I was doing so remotely, from 4000 miles away. I was a bit apprehensive about the process and the market, but Buddee immediately put me at ease. He recommended excellent contractors to get my apartment ready for sale and he kept me updated every step of the way. I was so pleased that, thanks to Buddee's work, my condo sold much faster than most other units in my building. As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor team. Leyla normally conducted house tours with me. Both she and Denny were kind, genuine, honest about homes that weren't worth buying, patient when I was indecisive, and supportive of my decisions. I started house hunting with Leyla and Denny in June 2021, and didn't close on a home until early December. It was a long, and sometimes frustrating process, but Leyla and Denny made it a little easier. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Denny and Leyla from a friend and they were fantastic throughout the home buying process. Denny & Leyla are fantastic! I never ceased to be impressed by how responsive and resourceful they are. If we emailed them early in the morning or late in the evening, we'd often be surprised to find we got a response in minutes.
