Very well. Punctual, responsive, professsional and efficient. Quickly identified the problem and repaired it. Price was fair.

The problem was detected on the spot with the solution ready to go. The assembly was replaced and everything is back to working.

Great Service. First visit he diagnosed the problem, suggested it would be easy enough for me to save some money and buy the part and install myself. I appreciated not feeling pressured to go through the company. I did buy the part on Amazon, saving a good deal, but didn't have much luck installing. The technician came back, got everything going without any additional charge than the $55 diagnostics for the first visit.

I had great experience with Service Master. I called on a Monday and they were able to come out on Tuesday. The technician called when he was on his way and was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem (control panel) and laid out the cost for the part and labor and let me know that I should check online to see if I could find the part for cheaper first. I ended up getting the part from them anyway and they called as soon as it was in (3 days) and were able to come back out immediately (on a Saturday) to quickly finish the job. No issues about a month later. Highly recommend!

Clothes dryer stopped suddenly, late one Friday evening. I called the phone number. Manni S. answered. Manni S. said that he would come by the house the next day, between noon and 3:00 P. M. (The maid was coming by possibly during that window, so it would be a busy day.) Manni S. arrived within the time window; completed the work in less than one hour. Manni S. diagnosed the problem in very short order. I appreciated that quickness, because the house was very busy!) He said that it was likely the dryer vent needed to be cleaned out. (He only spoke within his expertise. I like that.) He made a recommendation, in order to get the dryer (at least) functional again. I asked him to implement that recommendation. We then tried the dryer. The dryer would spin and the air would blow, however, there was no heat. Manni S. opened up the back of the dryer and diagnosed that problem quickly, as well. A part had burned out. He checked and he had the part with him. He told me the price and how long the work would take to install the part. I told him to replace the part. We tested the dryer and hot air was blowing. He asked me if I wanted to undo his earlier recommendation. I said to keep it the way it was, for now. He said, "Ok." Manni S. diagnosed the problem in very short order. I had a functioning dryer again. He told me what work I needed to have accomplished, in order to get the dryer completely perfect. He was out of the house quickly, within 45 minutes. Perfect! Great job! I will absolutely re-hire, as needed. I asked for some business cards. I will absolutely recommend Manni S., as well as this company, in the future. ###

The technician diagnosed our problem on his first visit and quickly repaired our unit once the part came in. He was very knowledgeable regarding our situation and made several recommendations about courses of action to take and avoid.

Problem fixed. Technician made additional recommendations for optimal performance.

I was glad to find such a highly rated service for this repair. Unfortunately, my experience was pretty subpar. I scheduled an appointment for a repair person to arrive between 12-3pm on a Saturday. At 2:30pm I called to see where he was, since they had said he'd call half an hour before arrival. They said, oh, we tried to call but it went right to voice mail. I said, that's funny cause I haven't gotten any calls and my phone has been on me the whole time. Turns out they had written the number down wrong, changing one of the digits. Not really sure how that happened since they had my number on the caller ID, but anyway. I said, well, that's annoying, but I'm still home so the repairman can come now since it is still within the window. They said, sorry, he's already gone home for the day. I said, You promised a service, failed to deliver because of your error, you need to get him in the truck and to my house. Now, I had already delayed the service a week to meet their schedule and order the part myself so they could get the work done in one visit, so I was pretty peeved. They offered a "discount" for the visit, but the discount was only to the advertised price of a visit like mine.

We had used this company before and they were great. Called for new repair and scheduled an appointment. Had not heard from them and it was passed the time they were supposed to come. I called and Manni said "Oh did we have an appointment or did we cancel?" I gave him the benefit of the doubt and so we talked about the issue and he told me he would go to the warehouse the next day and find out from the warehouse exactly what part was needed. He was supposed to call the next day. Well no call, so I called the next day and he said "Oh yeah I can't get a part for you. Call LG. I was very disappointed in the lack of service and will never call again.

i called several days ago to schedule an appointment. They said a technician would arrive Wednesday between 1-3 pm. On the day of the repair I received a call from the technician stating they would not repair a Viking refrigerator and I should call an authorized Viking repair center. My problem is I took a 1/2 day off from work so getting the call one hour before the scheduled arrival was not good. I did tell the company I had a Viking refrigerator when I first called. So this is something that shouldn't of happened.

The man I spoke with to set up an appt was very polite. But after I had purchased a coupon deal he informs me they no longer come to Rockville. He stated that they have contacted Angies List in the past to correct it.

Very well-repairman was knowledgable, very helpful, professional and fast. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in less than an hour.

I first sent a message through Angie's List. No response after 2 days. So called for an appt. Scheduled but no one ever showed up and did not receive any call to explain. Called to see after the scheduled window but got voicemail. Instead, I called another contractor off Angies, and he was here in 15 minutes on a Sunday and fixed the main problem within half an hour with total professionalism. I will never call Service Master again.

I chose them- because they had good reviews &could come on Saturday- since I wanted this fixed ASAP -we are a large family &laundry piles up quickly (and dryer had been down for a few days already). They came on Saturday afternoon and changed part, ran empty load it was working. Total cost $ 165. I was happy....... Late Saturday evening- I tried to dry a load & it wouldn't start. Called them back on Sunday left message- they didn't call me back. Called back Monday they couldn't come out to the house that day. I scheduled for Tuesday (took day off from work) and waited........had to call them back. They said they couldn't find my house number & that they had called my phone and received no answer. No missed calls on my phone & they'd been to the house on Saturday - so how could you not find the address ??!!!! After a few more calls to them- the tech finally called me back & said it was another part that would be close to $ 200 (in addition to the $ 165 that I had already paid). Dealing with them Monday forward- was a total headache- since they couldn't come out on Monday to fix it, plus them saying they couldn't locate my house and all. I think this part of their customer service could use some improvement- especially considering that it was a 2nd call on work they'd already done. They did refund me part of the $ paid originally- only charging me the service call.

The service was prompt and the technician showed up on time. The technician plugged the washing machine into another outlet and the machine worked so he determined that the outlet was bad. However, he did not actually check the outlet that was "bad" by plugging in something else in to see if it worked. If he would have done this, he would have determined the outlet was not bad and that there was a problem. We paid them $55 for the misdiagnosed problem. I called the company back, leaving messages but nobody returned my call. I called another company and it's the electronic panel that was bad and needed to be replaced.

The service man came promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. We are very happy with the service.

I first want to say that I truly appreciate how honest the provider was. He explained everything really well, and gave me a number of options but said that he couldn't do it. So he didn't charge me for the part that he ordered, or for 2 visits, and told me to contact Angie's List to get a refund. The provider came out in early October and found that I had a cracked drain pan. He didn't have it in stock, so he ordered it. He came out again to install it, and found that for some reason, Whirlpool designed the fridge so that the drain pan has to be screwed into the bottom of the fridge, and he would have to tip the fridge over to change it - which would ruin the compressor. So he told me that he wouldn't charge me, but couldn't do the job. Whirlpool would need to do it.

Technician arrived and diagnosed the problem. Was able to fix immediately and the unit is now back in operation.

I purchased the deal on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Angies list says to contact the company via the messaging service. I've purchased deals before, and the merchants are usually very good about responding first. This was not the case with Service Master, so I called them on Wednesday, October 18 about repairing a broken refrigerator. There were no available slots on the 18th, so I asked about the 19th. The person to whom I spoke gave me the impression he was scheduling me for Thursday, October 19 for the 11-2 window. He even told me the tech would call be 30 minutes before he came. Fast forward to Thursday at 1:30 pm. No tech. No call, and, unfortunately, I did not get the name of the gentleman to whom I spoke. But whoever he was, apparently he did not put me in the system, because when I called on the 19th I was told I was not on their schedule. I explained that my refrigerator was dead and my food was spoiling...no sympathy. But I was put on the schedule on the 20th in the 10-1 window... I began this review after that conversation. If first impressions are worth anything, then Service Master will not be a merchant with whom I work again, regardless of how many 4 star ratings others give. The fridge needed a new thermometer that was quickly and professionally installed. I was advised of the issue and cost before the work was done. The ice maker/water dispenser issue was not addressed or fixed. BUT, the primary issue was resolved. NOTE: I never received a response to the email inquiry that I initially sent via Angie's List. However, when I made the same inquiry on the company's direct website, I got an immediate response.
