Description of Work: Service repairman arrived during 9am - noon time window on May 19 and diagnosed the problem quickly, which was that a safety thermostat in the heating unit of the GE dryer had finally failed. However, he did not have the part. He purchased the part that evening and arrived the next day during the 9am -- noon window for the installation. Dryer now works perfectly.

The repairman was knowledgeable and determined that the appliance did not have any technical problems. We could not duplicate the issue and there is no problem with the operation of the appliance. So I paid the repairman for a normal service call. He was at my house for less that 5 minutes. I did not need nor did I use the deal that I purchased and would like to get a refund.

The technician arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and repair the issue with my dishwasher. The Big Deal covered the labor and I purchased a needed part at the time of service. I thought the cost was very reasonable and the technician was courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again for appliance repair.
