Description of Work: They were prompt and efficient. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the gasket. Ultimately, we had to get a new dryer, as the gasket kept getting worn out.

Description of Work: Completely defrosted freezer in order to restart defrosting cycle as freezer was losing temperature. He thought it was possibly a faulty computer panel but told us to see if what he did might fix it. He ordered the new parts but we never had to install them because what he did worked. He spent almost 2 hours working on it and charged very little. He was terrific.

Description of Work: The provider was supposed to call back with the part information but I never heard from them. He was very professional, although I was rescheduled due to a truck breakdown. The truck that he was driving looked very new. I would probably not use again because I never got a follow up about the part.

Description of Work: The repairman called me about 30 minutes before coming, and that was all that was done right. Despite the fact that I told them in writing to come to the back door, he called me saying he was at the front door. He took a very brief look at the washer and declared that its transmission was locked up and couldn't be repaired or replaced. The parts are no longer available. Even if one were found, it would take 5-6 hours to install it. He also noted that the timer switch was needing replacement, and that, too, is no longer available. While I didn't look at my watch, the entire visit couldn't have been more than 10 minutes. Was this Service Master? I don't know, because the receipt I was given says "Best Appliance Repair" and "Service Master" is scribbled at the top, along with a scribbled phone number.

Description of Work: They didn't service one of the items because it's not covered by them. That should have been listed in the offer on Angies list so as to avoid me purchasing that deal then.

Description of Work: They did a check of my broken washer. The tech was there for 5 minutes and advised that I should just buy a new washer. The tech was friendly. The only negative was that they were suppose to come the day before but they couldn't make it due to their truck being broken.

Description of Work: They performed an assessment for a malfunctioning stove and concluded that they couldn't fix the problem because they didn't know what the problem. They suggested that I call an electrician because it might be an electrical problem.
