Manny was prompt, professional, and quick. Also, despite the warehouse being closed he managed to get the replacement part and return the next day. Definitely going to hire them again!

I discovered on Sunday that my top load washing machine was leaking, called Service Master and Manni picked up right away, even though it was close to 9pm. He was able to schedule a technician to come see me Tuesday noon-2pm, and the tech, Lucky, arrived promptly at noon on that day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a replacement part, and came back the following day to install it, right on time. The total cost of service was $135 for the visit/labor (including both trips) and $90 for the part. I was happy to pay it for how quickly and easily this repair was. (And no, I could not have done it myself, it involved lifting up the whole thing and ordering specific parts I wouldn't have had the time or interest in trying to find on my own). I will definitely use them again.

Working with Service Master was a great experience! During their first visit, they identified that our dryer had malfunctioned due to an electrical issue unrelated to the dryer. We hired an electrician that confirmed this diagnosis and fixed that issue. We then called Service Master (per their recommendation) to come back and finish the repair. Within a couple of days, Service Master had purchased the dryer part damaged by the electrical problem and replaced it. Totally professional, punctual and overall great to work with.

Manny came out to my rental property in Washington DC. He was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was done within 30 mins. I would recommend Service Master to everyone.

The washer repair and reconnect was good. The dryer reconnect was unsatisfactory. The repairman indicated he was "not certified to handle gas connections" and did not attempt to connect the gas dryer. So we contacted another firm that reconnected the dryer - a delay of 5 days. Seems to me that a firm should not represent themselves as LG washer and dryer repair experts if they cannot do the work - namely reconnect the gas dryer. Or they should be clear up front that they are incapable of working on gas appliances. Would not hire Service Master again.

I called for a repair on Saturday morning, October 13th. I was told a repairperson could be at my house between 2:00 - 5:00 on Monday, October 15th. I took a half day off work and came home and waited. NO ONE SHOWED AND NO ONE CALLED.

Our technician, Leo, was on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem with the broken thermostat, and replaced it promptly. Per his recommendation, we are letting the entire unit remain off allowing the remaining ice buildup to melt before turning the unit back on tomorrow. Hopefully all will work as normal once we turn it on after 24hrs.

Technician arrived at the end of the three hour window. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the needed part with him, and fixed it promptly. I was very pleases with the job.

Manni did a great job of diagnosing and repairing my ice maker. First of all, the water line to the fridge was old and brittle...and had a leak in it. Manni replaced the line and suggested the lower water valve could be why the ice maker wasn't working. We agreed to replace the valve and a few days later he came back and installed the new part. Then he mentioned that in order for the ice maker to start working again we would need to shut off the refrigerator for 24 hours. Finally, over this past weekend we went through the thawout and presto - the ice maker started working again. We've had a couple of other companies try to figure out the problem but Manni took care of it for us. Thanks!

Fantastic, repaired the dryer at a decent price and provided a 90 day warranty. I trust this company. I've used them before and they have always provided a good service.

Nothing needed to be done. I only needed to be educated in not using the bottom of the oven for storage. [Since it apparently is the broiler area for my type of oven.] Since the visit took less than five minutes, wish there was a service visit discount. $55.00 is a lot to pay, could this have been handled with a Q&A on-line???

Very well. Diagnosed door assembly failure. Got part from truck and fixed in 30 minutes.

Service Master was available first thing the next day after calling the evening before and had to replace a control board on my refrigerator. The entire diagnosis, part acquisition, and repair was done within 3 hours. And above all the technician “Lucky” was awesome! Overall, great experience!

Service person phoned ahead of appointment, as promised, and was punctual. Part had to be ordered, and, as promised, I was notified when the part was available. Repair occurred soon after part was available. Same service person installed the ordered part. He was very professional and pleasant.

Service Master was unable to diagnose the problem with my ice maker. When I made the appointment I provided the make and model for the refrigerator and let them know that I had already replace the ice maker from an online parts reseller. The scheduler indicated they would be able to diagnose the problem but the technician did not have the tools to diagnose a problem and referred me to the manufacturer. Only savings grace is I was not charged for the appointment, but still a waste of my time.

Found that our fridge was not cooling but the freezer was fine. Called several repair services but Service Master was the most responsive and the only business we were able to talk to that could come on the same day. The technician arrived within the promised window after calling ahead to let me know exactly when he would get to our home. He promptly diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan motor.

Manny called before he arrived — always nice to get a heads up. He found that the ice maker needed a replacement part. He returned the next day to complete the work. We hope to have ice before the next heat wave! Service plus parts came to $300. I don't know what the going rate is, but I will pay more for efficiency, professionalism, and quality work.

The folks at Service Master were very friendly on the phone and I was able to make an appointment for two days later. Unfortunately, they didn't show up for the appointment. And when I called to reschedule, they didn't show up for that appointment, either. But they were nice on the phone when I first called!

Same day appointment on a Saturday within agreed upon time. Lucky, the tech was super nice, very informative, and saved us money.
