Description of Work: Had a water leak in vicinity of washing machine. Turned out not to be the source of the problem, but working together, we diagnosed it! Lucky didn’t have a “repair” to do so hard to grade on that. However, I was happy with the quick response and professionalism!

Description of Work: We had a clothes dryer that was turning off after only two minutes each time and a garbage disposal that wasn't working at all. Lucky, the technician, was on time, very friendly and helpful, and fixed things fairly quickly without any fuss. He also advised as to how these same problems could possibly be handled ourselves in the first instance, calling them only if those preventative steps didn't do the trick. Very cool!

Description of Work: These guys are unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment between 1 - 4pm. Technician called and left a voicemail at noon wanting to come early. I called him back 8 times and he never answered. He never showed up. I called the main number and the person who answered proceeded to blame me for not calling.

Description of Work: Booked an appointment for 10am - 1pm. At 12:15, I called to get a status (they never called me). I was told that the tech would arrive by 1pm. I told them that I had to leave that afternoon for a meeting, and could not wait longer than 1pm. At 1:20, as I was getting into my car to leave the house for a meeting, the tech arrived. No update, no call, won't use again.
