Service Master

All the technician did was give us replacement prices for the control panel and the motor--both very expensive. Surely, there are a few things that might be tried to get themachine working correctly again.

Manny checked in my HVAC unit and quickly assessed the issue. I’m thankful they were able to accommodate me on Saturday.

Called in the morning and Manny was able to come the same day. 4-7 window...called at 5:30 to let us know he would be arriving shortly. We had a short in the motherboard. Unplugged the refrigerator and plugged it back in and it seems to be working ok again. He only charged for the service call and said that could be applied to future repair if/when the motherboard stops working completely. Very good service!

I had used Service Master to fix my leaking washing machine a few months ago, so when my dryer developed a small problem, I called them back. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance (prior to leaving town) so that I could have them come at a convenient future time/date. I never received a reminder/confirmation closer to the appointment time, but was optimistic that the company would show up. Instead, after waiting for the entire 3-hour arrival window, I called the company. At first, their voicemail bounced me to a strange number (not what I dialed) that said the mailbox was full and then hung up. Calling back several times a few min later, someone answered, noted that "yes" I indeed did have an appointment scheduled but said he had no idea where the technician was. He said he would check and call me back. He did not respond in a timely manner. Suffice it to say, after a VERY frustrating morning, I'm still left with a broken dryer and no service. So much for trying to be a repeat customer for a company that doesn't seem to care about good service. I'll now have to find someone else and start all over. Very irritating!

The installation happen on schedule and it went as planned. It was up and running the same day.

Good, the technician arrived a little late but he had the AC issue resolved in less than 1 hour.

Manny returned my call promptly, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and showed up with the ordered part when he said he would. Very professional, very pleasant to work with. Would use this vendor again in a heartbeat.

The technician arrived early and called ahead to let us know. He was very courteous. He immediately understood the problem and was prepared with the right water housing components. He fixed the unit quickly and made sure to test it multiple times. He answered all our questions in a way we could understand. Great service.

Our dryer stopped working suddenly one night and with two small children who go through multiple outfits a day, we needed someone to come by pronto. The last time, it was really hard to find someone who works on Samsung appliances. However, Manni was extremely responsive, coming by the next day on a long weekend. He was very professional, calling when he was on his way and arriving ahead of his estimated window. While the problem seemed to have mostly resolved itself when he checked it out, Manni was able to give us some suggestions as to what it may have been and also checked the full system and vents to make sure it was nothing else that would reappear once he left. The service fee was cheaper than we'd had to pay in the past with other vendors and had we needed more work, would have been applicable to the cost of the repair.

Excellent service. Very informative and honest about options for repair. We ended up paying the service call fee but no other services were completed. With their helpful suggestions and analysis we decided it would be more cost effective to purchase a new washing machine rather than spend $300+ on needed repairs.

Service was punctual, courteous, very honest, and helpful. Problem solved. Repairman tried to save me money by explaining how I could do it myself, but since that wasn't viable I paid to have him do it and it was done in no time. He called soon after the beginning of the window of time I was given the day before, gave me an ETA, came on time, and was done long before it was complete.

Called before hand, arrived as said. got to work right away, diagnosed the issue and kept me informed on what he observed. Had the drain pump in the truck, fixed it in under an hour. really good price on the part, not a huge upcharge from what I could buy the part. Dishwasher is now draining, and I am happy with the price. Called for an appointment and repair guy came out next day, great.

Mr. Singh was wonderful. He was patient and waited for me while I was running a few minutes late. He was clear when explaining the problem to me and was very friendly. Thank you, Mr. Singh!

Did not show up for scheduled time. Neither did they call until close to 4pm. They also could not accommodate a reasonable time after they missed appointment. Very unprofessional.

The morning of they promptly called to say the service guy could not come. I understand but told them it is really hard for me to take off and I was home all day so if they had another service guy that would be great. They did and he called and showed up at the start of the 4 hour window they gave. He was helpful and fixed the problem. He told me I have a warranty which is nice to know.

Efficient, prompt courteous service. It was expensive, but the problem was correctly diagnosed and fixed.

As part of my condo rules, I am required to have dryer inspection and cleaning annually. Inspection revealed improper and loose vent connection. I called Service Master to repair based on their favorable service reviews. Technician Lucky was courteous, professional and completed job quickly and efficiently. He replaced old and loose vent equipment installing new material and made sure the connection was secure and dryer working properly. Should an appliance repair need arise again, I will definitely call Service Master!
