Service Master

Man I quickly dispatched a highly competent technician, Lucky, who promptly arrived and helped us stop an ice maker which was gushing water onto the floor. The shutoff valve was artfully hidden, and Lucky did a great job of ending the crisis and restoring order.

The technician was here on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad igniter, and told us the cost of the repair. The repair was done quickly. The technician was professional, and polite. We were very pleased with the service.

Perfectly. He had the parts and installed them quickly.

gave me a day and a 3 hour window for a 10' job. did not show up within the three hours and did not even call to alert me. He showed up later in the day as I was leaving home. He did mend the appliance doing what seems to be an effective job (too early to tell, though hence the N/A). I wasted half day and lost a half day's wages. For the trouble he gave me a 15 $ discount . I'd say one can find better.

Smooth process- quick visit to assess the situation and the technician returned the next day with the part and completed the job in 30 mins.

They were supposed to fix my fridge that had broken down and I had to throw away a lot of food. They were difficult to pin down, no return calls, I made multiple calls, fridge started working again day before they came, but it was still broken, they came didn't do anything, said it was working well, they left and two days later the fridge broke again. I bought a new one and got a refund from anges list

The technician was prompt and he had the part in his truck. I was absolutely great, no delay.

Quick and efficient! I called Service Master just before 2pm and was informed that a technician would be at my house by 5pm. I received a call from the technician, Lucky, at about 4:20 and he arrived at my house about 25 minutes later. He was very professional and courteous, I showed him our laundry room and described the problem and the suspected solution. He agreed that it was most likely the valve, he quickly popped over the washer to check, and gave me an estimate of $165 for the part and labor. The repair was done in about 15 minutes and I was back in the business of having clean clothes! I was given multiple payment options and able to go with my preference. Lucky also gave me recommendations to change out some hoses (he didn't have any in his van at the time or he would have done it himself), and suggested that we go to Home Depot where they're about $20. I will definitely call Service Master again if we have another job that meets their services, and I would recommend Lucky to anyone looking for assistance with a washer.

Overall great experience. When oven went out during dinner, it was already past business hours, so I called the next day. They were able to come out the next day, so minimal time left without the stove. Repair person was punctual, friendly, and efficient. He quickly identified a problem with the starter, had the part in his truck, and had it all fixed and working again within an hour. He clearly explained what he had done and why, and what to watch out for. Oven is now working great and we can cook again! I hadn't purchased their coupon in advance, because I was afraid the oven couldn't be fixed, but even so they charged me the same price as the coupon and then extra for the part. Very good communication about costs.

My problems was the door open too long. He just cleaned it and advised to pay more attention to keep the door close. He did not replaced any part.He said no need to replace anything.He explained everything, educated me on the part my ref. He was excellent courteous, professional and honest. Very informative.

Our washer is working like brand new.

Everything went well. We called Service Master. They came right away to help us figure out the problem with our refrigerator. They ordered the necessary part right away and came back on a Saturday to do the repairs (I was very happy that I did not have to wait till Monday). Everything was handled very professionally, and everyone we interacted with was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and would use it again myself.

We called in the late afternoon, and got an appointment for the next morning. The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed in a short time. He was familiar with our model of washer, and demonstrated a good understanding of what was wrong and what needed to be done. It was all fixed within the cost of the special offer on Angie's List.

Great service both times. I'm happy with their work and price. They show up on time and are easy to work with.

1st appt: towards end of agreed window, tech calls to say he will be late. Since I had work appt I couldn't change, I told him we would have to reschedule. He kindly asked about problem and offered to check on needed part. He texted me next day with cost and we agreed on time for work to be done. While ****** about wasting several hours waiting around, I appreciated his initiative. 2nd appt: No show. 30 minutes after agreed time window, I phoned tech to get explanation. He had no record of the appt, and after checking around for 20 minutes called back with a bunch of excuses, offering to reschedule. No thanks. I've given enough hours of my life waiting for nothing.

We came back from out of town, and our AC unit was out in a week with highs in the 90s with typical DC humidity making it worse. The technician Lucky (aptly names) quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty flood switch, rewiring around the broken part and verifying the rest of the unit was working properly. He was through, quick, responsive, and exceptionally polite. We'll definitely be using this company going forward - thank you!

Manni did an excellent job. We had a fire in our dryer vent and in the process discovered hose connection to the washer had broken loose. We asked Manni to fix that and also replace the hoses with the pressure-rated reinforced ones. He diagnosed the problem immediately and scheduled to come back with replacement parts. Finding the parts took a bit of time, but he was in continual touch with us on the status and what to expect. Then we discovered the dryer wouldn't run without overheating, so he came back right away and diagnosed the problem. He helped us decide it was more cost effective to replace the dryer than fix it. We greatly appreciated his honesty and wanting to do what is best for us.

We ended up buying a Whirlpool ice maker per the repairman's recommendation

They were quick to identify the part that stopped working and had a replacement with them. It was a fairly quick fix. They were friendly and professional.

Had replacement part in van. Quick and quality repair. Technician was very professional. (Angie's List sent confusing automated email that they would call me to set up appointment. Days went by, I called them, technician repaired next day.)

There were multiple things wrong with the range, and that took several parts orders and visits, but it was completely fixed and continues to work well.

It went perfectly. Wish i could remember his name but he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and came back a couple days later to fix it. Was very courteous in cleaning up the little bit of water than had drained out on the floor. Fixed quickly and perfectly.

Through each step of the process, the tech called in advance, arrived on time, and then did exactly what he promised. He was both cordial and welcoming, and even asked if we'd purchased a discount promo from Angie's list. When I said I was considering doing so, he offered me the same discount I would have gotten using the coupon! After replacing the part, he ran the dishwasher, and confirmed that the repair was correct and effective. Total cost was the discounted rate, plus parts. Very reasonable.
