By lunchtime they communicated their assessment of the problem and provided a rough estimate of the cost of repairs. I was very pleased they responded so quickly. The technician, Rudy, was professional and polite. Although we decided to replace the failed refrigerator - labor and parts would've cost more than a new unit - I won't hesitate to call Routine Appliance again when I have appliance problems.
